15 Conclusions The development has taken more than a year of analysis, programming and testing still less time than a national agreement of harmonised conditions It is a general tool, can be used for data sharing between any institutions (ministries and their agencies, a regional authority with a local authority) All the users of privileged data has to be registered at the geoportal (also EU) 15
