2 Introduction Delivering on Our Brand Promise Under the Intel Internet of Things Solutions Alliance Associate Agreement you entered into with Intel, you have been designated as an Intel Internet of Things Solutions Alliance Associate member and, as such, may use the member mark as prescribed in the Agreement. No other assets or trademarks from Intel are Associated with this program. As a program member, you are a member of the worldwide Intel Internet of Things Solutions ecosystem. The key to the success of our family of brands is consistent communication. To that end, the primary goal of this document is to ensure proper and consistent use of the Intel Internet of Things Solutions Alliance Associate name and member mark. This document includes guidelines on how to position the ecosystem program and your company s membership in text treatments, as well as member mark placement, hierarchy, size, color, and backgrounds. Following these guidelines closely is essential to maintaining your license to use the Intel Internet of Things Solutions Alliance Associate name and member mark. By adhering to these guidelines you will help build recognition, reliability, and trust in the Intel Internet of Things Solutions Alliance. 2
3 Overview Intel has developed a member mark for your company s usage. You must use this member mark only on approved materials and as outlined by the following criteria: Usage must be associated with your qualifying products that feature applicable Intel products as defined in your Member Agreement. No other product featuring any of Intel s competitors processors or chipsets may be present in the marketing materials. Generally acceptable media for the member mark are: tradeshows, event signage, product briefs, white papers, marketing collateral, and websites. Usage must adhere to the member mark size, color, and space requirements outlined in the physical usage guidelines below. Your Intel Internet of Things Solutions Alliance marketing liaison must approve all final materials. The following are general rules for correct use of the Intel Internet of Things Solutions Alliance Associate member name and member mark. More detailed information is provided in the pages that follow. Use the name and member mark only as specified in this document. Do Use the complete Member Title and Program Title in all textual references. Use the Member Title and Program Title in your correspondence. Display the member mark on approved marketing materials such as product briefs, brochures, white papers, mailers, trade show banners, and websites. 3
4 Do Not Do not abbreviate Intel Internet of Things Solutions Alliance. There is no approved acronym. Do not create a new asset around the Member Title, Program Title, or member mark and do not incorporate the Member Title, Program Title, or member mark with your own company asset, regardless of whether you are using the Member and Program Title in a textual reference or graphically. Do not use the member mark in a sentence. Use the name in typeface only in a sentence or other text. See the Program Descriptors section for more details. Do not use the Program Title or Member Title in any manner whatsoever that disparages or casts ill light upon Intel, Intel s products, Intel s services, Intel s trademarks and assets, or Intel Internet of Things Solutions Alliance.
