Conducting a needs analysis together with the SME to define the priorities for coaching; 2. Proposing coaches from an EU approved Business coaches database matching the SME needs Support the SME in the coach selection process; 3. Supervising the coaching activities. Linking the company to innovation support services. 4. Identifying the next steps to help the SME on & towards their commercialisation path (phase3 previous picture).
