The HCC/HCF4049UB/4050B are inverting and non-inverting hex buffers, respectively, and feature logic-level conversion using only one supply voltage ( DD ). The input-signal high level ( IH ) can exceed the DD supply voltage when these devices are used for logic level conversions. These devices are intended for use as COS/MOS to DTL/TTL converters and can drive directly two DTL/TTL loads ( DD =5, OL 0.4, and IOL 3.2mA). 4050B June /12
