2 PRECAUTIONS! CAUTION This device IS T intended or use as a saety sensor. Not recommended or dynamic envioronments. (snow, rain, og, etc.) Shut o all power beore attempting any wiring procedures. Maintain a clean & sae environment when working in public areas. Constantly be aware o pedestrian/vehicle traic around the area. Always stop pedestrian/vehicle traic through the doorway when perorming tests that may result in unexpected reactions by the door. ESD electrostatic discharge: Circuit boards are vulnerable to damage by electrostatic discharge. Beore handling any board ensure you dissipate your body s charge. Always check placement o all wiring beore powering up to insure that moving parts will not catch any wires and cause damage to equipment. Ensure compliance with all applicable saety standards upon completion o installation. DO T attempt any internal repair o the sensor. All repairs and/or component replacements must be perormed by BEA Inc. Unauthorized disassembly or repair:. May jeopardize personal saety and may expose one to the risk o electrical shock.. May adversely aect the sae and reliable perormance o the product and will result in a voided product warranty. DIMENSIONS. / 9/ / / / / / /. Wall mounting. Ceiling mounting Bracket dimensions INSTALLATION TIPS The sensor must be irmly astened to prevent vibration. DO T cover the sensor. Avoid exposing the sensor to sudden temperature changes Avoid proximity to neon lamps, luorescent lights or moving objects The sensor must not have any object likely to move or vibrate in its sensing ield. MOUNTING Remove the bracket rom the sensor. Drill holes accordingly. I necessary, drill an additional hole to acilitate wire routing.
