6 GLAZE options creating a unique look Glaze over paint The profiles of doors, drawer fronts and large mouldings are glazed by hand. This highlight glazing affects only the areas where the glaze is applied; the rest of the product does not change color. Glaze over stain Glaze is applied over the top of the base stain and then hand wiped for a unique finish. 7 CUSTO COLOR options Not finding the perfect color to fit your project? No problem! We can paint your cabinets any color you desire SHARE YOUR COLOR WITH US Provide a paint name and number from a major paint manufacturer. SELECT YOUR DOOR STYLE We will paint your aple or Oak door style in the color you specify and send you a sample for approval. Don t fret that you only receive half a door, we keep the other half to ensure it matches perfectly before it leaves our factory. ORDER YOUR CABINETS Send your color approval along with your cabinetry order and we ll take if from there. Cabinet color created to support a breast cancer awareness campaign. 8 CONTEPORARY door styles Ludwig ies van der Rohe, one of the pioneers of modern architecture, believed less is more. Our Rohe door, as well as all of our contemporary door styles, were designed with this philosophy of clean lines and minimal embellishments in mind. 22 SPECIES door styles aple offers a smooth, closed grain pattern, generally off-white in color with varying tones of light pink and yellow-brown. aple contains a natural resin that causes the wood to turn amber as it ages. Painted aple cabinetry door styles may consist of various hardwood components. Rustic alder has a fine, straight-grain pattern and even texture. The color is a light brown with a reddish tinge that stains evenly. Rustic Alder includes character spots, knots, burls and blemishes which do not affect the product durability. Gilbert Rustic Alder Natural Cherry is a rich and multi-colored hardwood distinguished by its flowing grain pattern. Pitch pockets, checks, pin knots and sap wood all occur naturally in cherry wood. Color varies from light to deep reddish brown and will darken or mellow with age. This will be more noticeable with natural or light stain finishes. Oak is characterized by its wide open grain patterns and extreme durability. Variations in grain pattern and color, small knots and pin holes are attributes of nature giving oak its distinctive beauty. Hickory is known for its strength, open grain and distinctive color variation within each piece of wood. Ranging from light to deep brown, Hickory s unpredictable color spread is especially noticeable in a natural or light finish, with darker stains mellowing the variation. Rustic hickory the term Rustic refers to using material that presents a more authentic country, rural feel to the cabinetry. The cabinets are designed to include a large amount of character elements in the wood. 22
