The Lighting Fixture is DMX ontrolled nd inludes numer of prmeters tht n e set lolly, it is equipped with power supply for A feed (either 100/120V or 200/240V 50/60Hz) nd it is ville with either Tungsten or Dylight Blned T with high power nd high RI. Before hnging the luminire ensure tht the suspension point (or the stnd) is properly rted to ept the luminire weight. D. In se of pole operted use, fit only P.O. stirrup from De Sisti Lighting. E. A suitle seondry sfety suspension devie (sfety le, hin or equivlent) must e fitted etween the suspension point nd the eyelet t the front of the ody. WARNING : DO NOT MOUNT THE LUMINAIRE ON A NORMALLY FLAMMABLE SURFAE. 5. INSTALLATION INSTRUTIONS The following proedure should e dopted: Before onneting the luminire to the eletril mins ensure tht: A. Erth line is present on the power soket. B. The mins voltge is within the rted rnge of the luminire (see tehnil dt on the rting lel). The front sfety shield is present nd in good ondition. It onsists of fresnel lens mde y orosilite untoughened glss, with Dimter = 250 mm, thikness = 7 mm typ ( 4 min ). 4 SHIELDS, LENSES SAFETY OR DIHROI GLASSES SHALL BE HANGED IF THEY HAVE BEOME VISIBLY DAMAGED TO SUH AN EXTENT THAT THEIR EFFETIVENESS IS IMPAIRED, FOR EXAMPLE BY RAKS OR DEEP SRATHES. THE LUMINAIRE SHALL ONLY BE USED OMPLETE WITH ITS PROTETIVE SHIELD D. Applying power: Never onnet to dimmer power. Instll power plug on the power le using the following pin ssigment: 1 : Neutrl 2 : Live Green/Yellow : Ground - This fixture must e onneted to ground. Mke sure the lol power voltge is within the rnge speified. If so; onnet the power le nd turn the power on. E. Stnd Alone opertion: Using the nvigtion uttons nd disply redout ( refer to the Lol Menu hpter ) nvigte to Mnul nd set the desired intensity (for dditionl opertions see Lol Menu hpter) F. DMX opertion: onnet DMX le Nvigte to Address mode (Addr) nd set the desired ddress, (refer to the Lol Menu hpter). onnet to DMX ontroller (refer to the hnnel Setting in the Lol Menu hpter) nd Use it. 6. It will go ON gin nytime push utton is tivted. DMX Presene Shows the presene of DMX (LED lit = DMX present) DEFAULT SETTINGS ARE INDIATED IN BOLD LETTERS ON THE FOLLOWING TABLE: The following re the BASI FUNTIONS nd OMMANDS tht re provided on the LOAL MENU of the LED FRESNEL. The unit is provided with USER MENU essile instntly on the produt. The unit hs lso SERVIE MENU tht is only essile through PASSWORD nd is reserved for QUALIFIED nd TRAINED PERSONNEL: 1st MENU Displyed (srolling with the nd the uttons) 2nd MENU Displyed (fter pressing the X tht stnds for ENTER) Explntion of Eh MENU FUNTION DMX ADDRESS This Funtion is to SET the DMX ddress from 1 to 512 (Produt is delivered with defult settingof the DMX ddress t 1) One the 001 is displyed, t on the utton to inrese the ddress to the desired vlue. Temporry push will inrement the vlue y 1, if the utton is kept pushed the inrement on numers is getting fst. One the desired Address numer is omplished press X ( ENTER ) to mke it tive LOAL DIMMING ONTROL This Funtion is to LOALLY DIM the LED INTENSITY from 0 to 100% (Produt is delivered with defult setting of the DIMMER t 0). The intensity goes in inrements of 1/100% so the disply will show 000% with the dimmer t 0% nd FULL with the dimmer t 100%. Temporry push will inrement the vlue y 1/100, if the utton is kept pushed the inrement on numers is getting fst. One the desired Lighting Level is omplished nd it is wnted to leve tht level nd go to other funtions of the MENU, press ENTER. LOAL OR REMOTE ONTROL SETTINGS The LED Fresnel hs the fility to lok the LOAL DIMMING SETTING nd mintin it when the POWER is turned first OFF nd thn ON gin. This llows for the LIGHT to e TUNED nd FOUSED lolly nd its dimming level n e loked, so tht for instne system lighting SET n e operted y remote swith or simple rkers y TURNING POWER ON. The relevnt menu to ess this funtion is TRL, to enter in this menu press X ( ENTER ), it is thn possile to selet either DMX or AUTO y ting on the or utton nd thn press X ( ENTER ) gin. The mhine is set to DMX s defult. In DMX mode: the Fixture epts DMX ontrol.if in this mode the lol DIMMING ONTROL is SET to level the Light ehviour will follow the HTP (Highest Tkes Preedene) modlity, in other words it will keep the lol DIMMING setting until the DMX level of the speifi hnnel will e higher, from tht level onwrds the DMX level will tke preedene. In this ondition if the DMX onnetion is removed, the light will keep the lst level.until power is ON. It will reset nd Strt t 0fter Power OFF nd ON gin. In AUTO mode: the light will ignore ny DMX ontrol. In this mode ny lol dimming setting will e mintined nd will e utomtilly relled fter power off, when turning the power on gin. In se the ARRAY temperture rehes 80 the unit will utomtilly turn off. Even in extreme Amient temperture onditions the LED ARRAY shll never reh the 80 limit. The ove protetion threshold is there to protet the LED ARRAY from stressed working onditions in se some other filures or speilly ritil working onditions re using n over-temperture. HANNEL SETTING (RESOLUTION & FUNTION) This Funtion is to set the DIMMING RESOLUTION either t 8 its or t 16 its. One HAN is displyed, t on the or uttons to sroll through the following hoises: 8D: 8 its resolution (the disply will show 8D nd this is the defult setting). The Fixture utilises 1 DMX iruit for the Light Dimming, whih is the BASE IRUIT set in the ADDRESS. 8DS: NOT ATIVE (for future use): The foreseen funtion for this setting is: 8 its resolution nd STROBE (the disply will show 8DS). The Fixture will utilise 2 DMX iruits, the BASE IRUIT set in the ADDRESS will e the LIGHT DIMMING nd the seond iruit (BASE +1) will e the STROBE 16D: 16 its resolution (the disply will show 16D). The Fixture utilises 2 DMX iruits, the BASE IRUIT set in the ADDRESS is the orse Dimming, the seond iruit (BASE +1) is the Fine Dimming. 16DS: NOT ATIVE (for future use): The foreseen funtion for this setting is: 16 its resolution nd STROBE (the disply will show 16DS). The Fixture will utilise 3 DMX iruits, the BASE IRUIT set in the ADDRESS will e the orse Dimming, the seond iruit (BASE + 1) will e the Fine Dimming. the third IRUIT (BASE + 2) will e the STROBE Of ourse the 16 its funtion is useful if the orresponding iruits on the DMX LIGHTING BOARD re lso set t 16 its. WARNING: if the LED FRESNEL is set t 16 its, ut more units re hving onseutive unitry ddress (for instne first fixture set t Address 1, seond fixture set t Address 2 nd so forth, the DMX hnnel ontrolling the orse Dimming of the seond unit, will lso ontrol the fine dimming of the first unit.
