1 SHOOTING BENCH OWNERS MANUAL & USAGE INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDES BENCH MODELS: AR02-B The Deluxe Shooting Bench AR03-B The Swivel Action Shooting Bench

2 AR02-B DELUXE SHOOTING BENCH WARNING: Do not use without inserting mounting pin (under platform) into hole in rear leg. (see fig. ) Keep fingers away from pivot point between back and front legs to prevent pinching. STEP. Using the front leg-lower piece and front leg-upper piece, assemble the front leg. Secure with (2) flange bolts and tighten securely. NOTE: The front leg support brace and seat support brace should be on the same side of the assembly. (see fig. ) STEP 2. Attach shooting platform to front leg assembly by inserting pivot axle through holes in platform and tube on front leg assembly. NOTE: To insure proper alignment, the shooting platform should rest on same side as both support braces. Fasten with (2) /2" nylock nuts. (see fig. ) STEP 3. Slide the rear leg-upper piece around the front leg assembly. Attach rear leg-lower piece. Secure with (2) flange bolts; tighten securely. (see fig. ) STEP 4. Secure legs together by inserting the 3/8" x 5 7/8" bolt and (2) steel washers through the top hole of each leg. NOTE: One washer should be placed between rear leg-upper piece and bolt. Other washer should be placed between rear leg-upper piece and nut. Fasten with 3/8" nylock nut; tighten securely. NOTE: To insure proper alignment when bench is upright, leg support braces should both be facing upward. (see fig. ) STEP 5. Stand bench up using special care to insure that mounting pin (welded under the platform) is inserted into hole in rear leg. (see fig. ) STEP 6. Using (4) flange bolts, attach swivel assembly to seat cushion. (see fig. ) STEP 7. Insert swivel assembly through /2" Id bushing, hole on seat support and other /2" Id bushing. Secure with /2" nylock nut. Then, attach seat support to the bench using seat pin. NOTE: Three holes are provided for an adjustable seat position. STEP 8. Thread 3/8" stop nut onto the gun rest-upper piece and the /2" stop nut onto the gun rest-lower piece. Then, thread the upper piece and lower piece together forming the complete gun rest. Insert the entire assembly into shooting platform. (see fig. ) STEP 9. Attach shooting platform cover and enjoy your shooting bench. FOR FLAT STORAGE: Remove seat support by pulling pin. Pull up on shooting platform to disengage the mounting pin, and fold legs flat. Reinsert seat support and push pin through all holes to stabilize. 4 AR03-B SWIVEL ACTION SHOOTING BENCH STEP. Using the outer holes on the hub assembly attach the legs using (3) 5/6" x 2 /4" hex bolts [C] and (3) 5/6" nylock nuts. Next, using the inner holes of the hub assembly insert (3) snap pins underneath the legs. (see fig. ) STEP 2. Insert the mainframe into the hub assembly. Then, insert the platform connectors into the horizontal tube on the mainframe. (see fig. ) STEP 3. Next, connect the shooting platform to the platform connectors using (2) /4" flange nuts. (see fig. ) STEP 4. Attach the platform support to the shooting platform using () 5/6" x 7/8" hex bolt [B] and () 5/6" nylock nut. Then, connect the opposite end of the platform support to the mainframe using () snap pin. (see fig. ) STEP 5. Next, attach the seat cushion to the seat support using (3) /4" x 7/8" hex bolts [A]. Then, connect the seat support to the mainframe using () 5/6" x 2 3/4" hex bolt [D] and () 5/6" nylock nut. (see fig. ) NOTE: Three holes are provided in mainframe for an adjustable seat height. STEP 6. Thread 3/8" wing nut onto the gun rest-upper piece and the /2" wing nut onto the gun rest-lower piece. Then, thread the upper piece and lower piece together forming the completed gun rest. Thread the entire assembly into shooting platform. (see fig. ) NOTE: Gun rest may be adjusted for height and direction to accommodate personal preference. STEP 7. Attach the platform cover to the shooting platform. NOTE: The shooting platform lock on the mainframe can be adjusted for optimal stability. FOR EASY TRANSPORT: Snap pins may be removed from platform support and hub assembly to allow the bench top and legs to be folded flat. Reinsert snap pins for secure storage until next use. 6 STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY Warranty: BGHA, Inc. warrants all Big Game Hunting Accessories treestands or climbing system products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the original date of retail purchase. BGHA, Inc. warrants the enclosed hardware (where applicable) is delivered to be free from physical defects for a period of twelve months from the original date of retail purchase. Repair Procedures, Exclusive Remedy: BGHA, Inc. will at its option, repair, or replace products not conforming to this limited warranty at no charge. THIS IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY WITH RESPECT TO BIG GAME HUNTING ACCESSORIES PRODUCTS. If you find a product to be defective, contact the customer service department at When you receive authorization, return the product as directed at your expense. Product repairs not covered by warranty, and product updates, will be provided at a set rate. Limitations: This warranty is void if the product is damaged by improper or abnormal use or by accident; if the product is altered or modified in any way other than those directed by official Big Game Hunting Accessories instructions; or if any attempt is made to repair the product without authorization from BGHA, Inc. It is solely the purchaser s responsibility to determine the suitability of these products for each particular application. Big Game Hunting Accessories products are intended for hunting and hunting only. Big Game Hunting Accessories are in all events not suitable, and are not authorized, for use in any situations that might pose potentially injurious to life and health, other than those situations that the products are intended for. This warranty is not assignable or transferable.
