ACH PIECE OF BOX FURNITURE S FRESCO COLLECTION IS DESIGNED FOR LIVING IN NATURE WHILE BUILT FOR THE ELEMENTS. UNIQUE, ELEGANT DESIGNS MADE WITH PREMIUM MATERIALS AND CRAFTED WITH UNCOMPROMISED ATTENTION TO DETAIL. That means starting with mainframes as well as secondary supports using only 2mm to 3mm thick walled solid extruded aluminum elements as well as all solid hand cast components. No skinny pipes here. That means employing only industry premium TIG full welds for all joinery no matter how minor the connection. You wont find a single tack weld anywhere. That means using only premium synthetic resins from international standard supply houses such as REHAU, VIRO or HULARO. While synthetics may all look similar when new it s after they are used and exposed to the elements for just 6 months that you find out whether you have invested in the correct product or not. We made the right investment. That means using heavy duty all nylon webbing that is hand stitched to ensure our sofas and chairs can withstand the constant call of duty that today s seating applications demand. Our seating knows how to stand up. That means using only premium water resistant foam and flush thru meshes as well as an assortment of water + UV resistant resistant fabrics that you can rely on. Being able to stay in the elements, means being able to live with sun, wind and water. From a tropical rain shower to balmy Sunday afternoon pool splashes, our foam and fabrics just love to get wet. That means caring about the small things, like fully replaceable weatherproof adjustable foot glides that can be replaced once worn out and prevent damage to floors over the lifetime of the product. Your floors will love us. That means all of our products are manufactured and finished completely in house using our own sand blasting and powder coating facilities. 28 BOX Furniture products are individually handcrafted. Each product is hand assembled, hand woven / carved, hand finished and made of select natural wood timbers. Subtle variations in wood, texture, tone and detail are part of the overall aesthetic, to be expected and considered part of the uniqueness of the product line. No two pieces are identical. Great care is taken in the selection, processing and assembly of natural timbers into our furniture products. However, it should be assumed that these timbers would nominally adjust in size when exposed to variations in environment, specifically humidity. Wood is an organic material and will need to breath.
