2 worksurface overview Leverage offers a variety of panel-mounted and semi-suspended worksurfaces for 90 and 120 applications. They are offered in Standard, D-Style and D-Style with scallops. s may not span more than 60" without support Reinforcements Channels and Supports are ordered separately unless otherwise specified Grommets are available for routing power to below the worksurface Standard D-Style D-Style with Scallops Standard worksurfaces have a slightly rounded corner profile and have scallops on the back edge of the worksurface to facilitate wire management. The number of scallops depend on the size and shape of the surface D-style worksurfaces have square corners D-style surfaces are available in depths & widths to match District storage D-style worksurfaces with scallops have square corners and scallops on the back edge of the worksurface to facilitate wire management. Rectangular Countertop Peninsula Corner Finishes Edge trim styles include Flat Trim countertops Countertops mount on top of a Panel to provide a transaction surface Rectangular or convex shapes available Can be used alone or together with other countertops Widths wider than 36" can span two panels Are modular, with no off-module mounting capability May be used to wrap a corner but the lengths need to be adjusted for this application Rectangular Countertop (KWCS) Convex Countertop (KCNC) Countertops cannot be mounted over wood top trims Countertops cannot be used with corridor width elements Semi-Supported End Surfaces Provides a conferencing area at the end of a Panel or worksurface run Available in a D-Top End, Convex End, and Peninsula Corner s D-Top End (KWDT) worksurface is mounted at the end of a panel run, with the width equal to the overall dimension of two parallel worksurfaces plus the panel thickness of 3" Peninsula Corner (KWSP) may be applied to both inside and outside corner configurations Peninsula Corner (KWSP) D-Top End (KWDT) Source Laminate s cannot be used in conjunction with standard panel-mounted or semi-supported worksurfaces or in freestanding applications All Keyboard Trays and Accessories may be used with 30" deep Source Laminate worksurfaces All 24" deep worksurfaces under 54" in width may be used with all Accessories and Keyboard Trays Cannot be used with Desktop Mounted Screens

6 planning with panel-mounted worksurfaces The following rules apply when planning with panel-mounted worksurfaces. on-module & off-module mounting 60"+ On-Module Off-Module Panel-mounted worksurfaces can be used on- or off-module when suspended from a panel All panel-mounted worksurfaces greater than 60" in width require a minimum of two panels for support because additional supports will be required spanning two panels In planning scenarios where a panel-mounted worksurface is required to span two panels, the recommended width of the panel is half the width of the worksurface EQUAL EQUAL EQUAL EQUAL 120 planning 120 worksurfaces are offered in a wide range of shapes, sizes and finishes. 120 worksurfaces must be panel supported, on-module 120 planning utilizes existing worksurface supports. Please refer to specific product pages for support applicability

Split Radius Corner (KWCX) Radius Corner with Return and Keyboard Support (KWRK) keyboard height adjustment mechanism 6 1/2" 6 1/2" The keyboard height adjustment range is, 13" overall (6-1/2" above the worksurface and 6-1/2" below the worksurface) Height adjustment is activated by a release paddle located on the right underside of the support the tilt adjustment range is +15 to -15 It is adjusted with a tension knob located on the underside of the support

11 d-style worksurface basics The D-Style collection of Leverage worksurfaces provide the opportunity for a more refined aesthetic. s have square edges, an option for scallops and shapes that address rectangular District-like planning styles. 12 planning with d-style worksurfaces The following should be considered when planning with D-Style Leverage worksurfaces. gapping Leverage worksurfaces have a 3/8" gap at the back of all worksurfaces, to allow clearance for elements, electrical cut outs etc, therefore worksurface depths have nominal dimensions. widths have actual dimensions and are available in 1" increments It is not recommended that the worksurface be mounted against the panel without a gap because the front edge will not align with storage components. District storage is sized to match Leverage worksurface depths including the gap. 13 planning with d-style worksurface (continued) extended wedge and transition worksurfaces and storage When planning with extended wedge worksurfaces, District pedestals cannot mount under the wedged side of the surface, it will obstruct the drawers from opening Towers cannot be used along the depth of an extended wedge worksurface District pedestals and credenzas can be used with extended wedge and transition worksurfaces, however the depth or width of the storage should closely align with the depth of the surface (ex. the 19" deep credenza is recommended to be used with a (nominal) 20" deep worksurface (shown above) grommets Grommets can be located at either side of a worksurface, or at the center back of a worksurface 30"-48" w 54"-96" w 30" wide to 48" wide surfaces will have the center back grommet centered, because the location will not interfere with supports The 54" to 96" surfaces will have the center back grommet off center, to allow for necessary supports

District gables are 23" deep (actual) and Leverage worksurfaces are 23-5/8" deep (actual) supporting tapered worksurfaces Tapered Fan and Shared s can be supported with: 1 Expansion Legs, 2 Leverage Monolegs 3 Leverage Post 4 Slim Legs Note: Careful attention is required if the District Leg is used so that the plate is not exposed

16 supporting with d-style worksurfaces (continued) supporting panel-mounted worksurfaces When worksurfaces are mounted facing a panel, a number of support options are available: No Storage or Return Panel Return Panel Corner Bracket Corner Brackets Post Leg When a panel return is being used, corner brackets are used Flush End Cantilever When no storage or return panel is being used, a post leg and corner bracket, a flush end gable, or a cantilever can be used Storage When District storage is being used beside a worksurface, a to Tower Bracket Kit (UWBT) is used for attaching the storage Other supports for attaching the storage to the tower, with surface to the panel are still required (See Supports Section)

17 stand-up meeting surface overview The Stand-Up Meeting Surface provides a stand-up meeting area as an alternative to seated guest solutions in small footprint workstations. It is available from District but can be used in Leverage applications Available in worksurface supporting, freestanding or panel-mounted applications depending on the configuration. Available in mid or end-mounting options. 4 Brackets that are required to attach to panels or surfaces are included, but other required supports for stability of the workstation must be specified separately 2 3 When no shelf is specified, letter height binders can be placed on the worksurfaces and fit within the Stand-Up Meeting Surface 12" interior clearance. Available with shelf or utility hook options depending on format 5 42" high and 16" deep and used in corridor oriented applications or shared between two workstations. Can be added to existing workstations with limited disruption or integrated into the workstation design as dedicated support

18 planning with stand-up meeting surfaces in leverage applications The following should be considered when planning with Stand-Up Meeting Surfaces. All brackets required for installation of Stand-Up Meeting Surface are included with the surface Any depths of Leverage worksurface will fit into any width of a Stand-Up Meeting Surface except the 36" deep surface (actual depth 36"-3/8") into a 36" width stand-up surface. The thickness of the outside gable will obstruct it All Stand-Up Meeting Surfaces attach to the worksurface. Only the Stand-Up Meeting Surface (End) (UNUE) can be attached to a panel to provide panel support The width of the worksurface must be reduced by 1" when used with the meeting surface to allow for the thickness of the gable Not Flush 3/8" Dimension + 3/8" Dimension Stand-Up Meeting Surface dimensions are actual not nominal When mounting on a Leverage worksurface, the 3/8" gap at the back of the surface must be maintained so the meeting surface will extend 3/8" further into the space than the actual dimension Careful attention must be paid to components placed on the opposite side if alignment is required When mounting to Leverage panels the height of the Stand-Up Meeting Surface will not be flush with the Top Trim and the Panel, the Top Trim will extend above
