Unlike swinging doors, sliding doors stack behind each other on one side of an opening or into a pocket concealed in the wall. The look is clean and there are no doors extending into your room or onto your patio taking up living space.

7 Amazing Openings Our Lift & Slide doors feature European engineering that enables you to slide even the most massive doors with incredible ease, opening entire walls with the turn of a handle. As you rotate the lever, a concealed full length gear system activates the wheels and elevates the sliding door panel. The door can be smoothly rolled from side to side. When you want to lock it, simply roll it back to the closed position, rotate the lever and feel the wheels smoothly retract as the door settles easily down onto the track. The multi-point lock engages with authority. Our optional nesting lift and slide handle set rests flush with the face of the door and folds neatly away to allow the doors to pocket without needing a removable handle. Multi-Slides glide past each other like lift and slide doors, but do not require the rotation of a handle to operate. The wheels are always engaged, ready to roll and are a practical solution for openings that are not quite as large. Just like lift and slide doors, you can pocket them and open up a wall, or stack them in front of each other off to one side of an opening. page 5
