2 207 General Information General Setup Instructions - Read entire setup instruction manual prior to unpacking parts and pieces. 7A - The setup instructions are created specifically for this configuration. WARNING - Setup instructions are laid out sequentially in steps, including exploded views with detailed explanation for assembly. Hex Tool - Essential for Assembly Part Identification - Numbering Cleaning & Packing DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS - For Cleaning Metal, Plex, & Laminate Parts: Use a MILD NON-ABRASIVE cleanser and soft cloth/paper towel to clean all surfaces. - Keep exhibit components away from heat and prolonged sun exposure. Heat and UV exposure will warp and fade components. Spline Connection Base Plate & Extrusion Connection LADDERS OR LIFTS MAY BE REQUIRED - Retain all provided Packing Materials. All provided packing materials are for ease of repacking & component protection. Disassembly ALL CONNECTIONS MUST BE TIGHTLY SECURED - For loss prevention, tighten all setscrews and locks during disassembly Extrusion & Lock Connection Engaged Lock

3 207 General Information SEG Graphic Installation ) Locate channels along the edges of extrusions 2) Insert graphic corners first into channels then center point of graphic into channels. Allows for proportional fit around the perimeter of the extrusion. 3 2 Fold edges over. 4 3) Working from center to corner, slide silicon edge on graphic into channel. Insert into groove of frame 4) After all edges of graphic have been inserted into channels, step back and assess graphic fit, make adjustments where needed.

4 207 General Information CEI-0 Frames Assembly Straight Bracket Installation (when required) Straight Connection TS RV 4 Bracket Insert Bracket into the Interior Center Slot of extrusion. Slide connecting extrusion over exposed end of bracket. ) Slide TWO-PIECE TS RV 4 straight bracket into Interior Center Slot of extrusion so that two of the set screws are inside groove. Tighten two set screws to secure. 2) Slide connecting extrusion over exposed end of bracket. Tighten two remaining set screws to secure. CEI-0 Profile Set Screw Secure inserted half of bracket, using set screws. Secure extrusion using remaining set screws. Completed Assembly Corner Bracket Installation ) Slide TWO-PIECE TS RV 2 L-bracket into Interior Center Slot of extrusion so that two set screws are inside groove. Tighten two set screws to secure. Corner Connection Upper Horizontal 2) Slide one A L-Bracket into outer interior grooves of upper and lower horizontals. Tighten set screws to secure. 3) Slide vertical extrusion over exposed ends of brackets in lower horizontal. Tighten set screws to secure. Upper Horizontal A Insert L-Brackets into the Interior Center Slot & outer interior grooves of extrusion. TS RV 2 Slide verticals over brackets of lower horizontal, then slide upper horizontal & brackets into grooves & center slots of verticals. 8 Brackets Total: (4) - TS RV 4 (4) - A L-Brackets 4) Slide exposed ends of installed brackets of upper horizontal into open ends of verticals. Tighten set screws to secure. Disassembly ) Loosen set screws on brackets, then slide extrusions off of brackets. Lower Horizontal TS RV 2 A Lower Horizontal Completed Assembly

See CEI-0 to S40 Connection detail. 5) Connect lighting power cords and attach transformers. See Light to Light Connections & Light to Transformer details. 6) Apply SEG graphic and blocker to front & back of assembled frame. See SEG Graphic Installation detail. If this is not done, graphic will not fit into the frame correctly. Step Insert corner A. Turn edge of graphic so silicon welt is perpendicular to face of graphic. Insert narrow side of welt with fabric to outside into the channel. Repeat for other side of this corner. Step 2 Repeat Step for opposite corner C, then insert corner B, followed by corner D, to complete the installation of the corners. Graphic Removal A 3 Step 3 Once all corners are inserted, press one silicon edge into channel from corners and work toward the center. Make sure welt is fully inserted into channel. Continue until all sides are done. Smooth out edges of graphic. To remove the graphic from the frame, locate the fabric pull tab. Gently pull up on the tab to remove the fabric. 4 Power Break 5 Screw Cap Slide V4 Connector into groove of S40. Tighten set screw to secure V4 Connectorin place at correct elevation. Insert Screw Cap stud through hole of CEI-0 into threaded hole of V4 connector. Tighten Screw Cap to secure in place. Step of 5

9 207 Canopy Assembly Steps: ) Connect canopy pieces together as shown. 2) Apply pillow case graphic to assembled canopy. Using Your Setup Instructions The Aero Overhead Sign Setup Instructions are created specifically for your configuration. They include an exploded view of the frame which is sequentially numbered. We encourage you to study the instructions before attempting to assemble your exhibit. Connections are kept very simple: no tools. Everything assembles with push-button connectors and pre-connected horizontal sections. Cleaning and Packing Your Display ) Use care when cleaning aluminum extrusion or acrylic inserts. Use only non-abrasive cleaners. 2) Retain all packing material. It will make re-packing much easier and will reduce the likelihood of shipping damage. Description 30.2 Curved Extrusion Support Leg 2.84 w Horizontal Extrusion Flange Plate Steps: ) Connect assembled Extrusions [0/] and Shelf to Vertical [2]. 2) Connect Support Leg [0A] to Curved Extrusion [0]. 3) Attach Flange Plates [A] to tops of Curved Extrusions [0], using screws. 4) Attach Counter Tops to [,A]. See Counter Top Attachment detail. 5) Attach Wings to A0 clamps. See Wing Attachment detail. 6) Place Canopy on posts at top of assembled frame. Wing Attachment Slide A0 clamp into groove of Extrusion. A0 Canopy Completed Assembly When desired location is found, tighten Set Screw to secure. Set Screw Tighten Black Plastic Set Screw to secure Wing in place. Black Plastic Set Screw Screw Note: Curved Extrusion [0] and Horizontal [] stay assembled for shipping and packing. 12 207 MOD-329 Rotating ipad Mount Steps: ) Attach Mount Plate to Post, using Set Screw. NOTE: Mount Plate must rotate to left and right before installing Clamshell. 2) Attach Post to Counter Top, using bolt from under Counter Top. 3) Attach Clamshell to Mount Plate, using Hex Nuts. 4) Insert ipad in Clamshell and feed cord through hole in Clamshell then out base of Post. See detail. Clamshell Attachment Rotate Clamshell to turn ipad from portrait to landscape orientation to power Mount Plate Hex Nuts Clamshell Lock Lock Completed Assembly Post Set Screw Optional Cover for Home Button Post Rotates Counter Top ipad Cord Access Foam Lining Home Button Shield Removed ) Remove foam lining from inside bottom of Clamshell. 2) Attach Home Button Shield with double-sided tape to inside of Clamshell, keeping top of shield flush with Clamshell opening.
