2 INTRODUCTION R Praveedh Décor Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of premium prelaminated boards. All our products are recognized for quality, consistency, and durability. In 2012, we were the FIRST manufacturer in India to introduce a revolutionary lamination technology for high gloss lamination called - FLAT LAMINATION. Since then, we have mastered and enhanced the technology to produce super high gloss prelaminated boards using a variety of challenging materials like ABS-PMMA, acrylic, PP, PVC, PETG, high pressure laminates, etc on plywood, MDF, blockboard, PVC foam board, particle board and honeycomb boards. Our flagship brand - OpuLux is produced using imported engineered thermoplastic laminates (ABS-PMMA) on plywood, MDF, and particle board bonded by the best quality German PUR hotmelt adhesive. In addition to OpuLux super high gloss prelaminated boards, we offer a host of other prelaminated products and raw panels plywood, blockboard, MDF, PVC Foam board, and particle board. Using the latest advancements in nano technology, the coextruded engineered laminates provide an exceptional anti finger print decorative surface. 7 OpuLux - ACRYL GLASS OpuLux - Acryl Glass is the FIRST product of its kind manufactured in India. An engineering marvel, it's an environment friendly substitute for back painted glass. OpuLux - Acryl Glass panels are made from high quality European surface with glass effect, giving the appearance and depth just like real glass. This coextruded material combines the aesthetic advantages of real glass fronts with the processing and practical advantages of OpuLux panels. 8 OpuLux - CLASSIC (SCRATCH RESISTANCE) OpuLux Classic is the first super high gloss prelaminated board manufactured in India since 2012 to provide a mirror like surface finish on challenging substrates like plywood, MDF, particle board, and PVC foam board. Best quality acrylic laminates having a mirror like gloss are used to create OpuLux super high gloss prelaminated boards. The super high gloss acrylic sheets are laminated in a state of the art flat lamination plant using best quality German hotmelt PUR adhesive. The adhesive produces a permanent bond which is impervious to heat and moisture. We offer a choice of plywood, MDF, particle board, or composite core to be used as a base (substrate). An engineered polymer is used to balance the back side of the board. 9 Our Other Products OpuLux EDGEBANDS R We offer exact matching edgebands made for most of our decors in our OpuLux range. Our edgebands are made from the same material as the laminate therefore, it offers a completely seamless finish to the final door. Nivesa Nivesa Prelaminated panels are made using the best of polymer foils like polypropylene (PP), PETG and PVC sourced from some of the leading foil manufacturers from all over the world. These decorative foils are laminated in a state of the art flat lamination unit using hotmelt PUR adhesive on MDF providing ready to use panels. Zooper R A ready to use solution for carcass and shutters, Zooper prelaminated boards are manufactured using the best quality raw material such as calibrated BWR or BWP plywood laminated with a high quality high pressure laminate (HPL) bonded using the best adhesive. With complete assurance about bonding and bubble free surface, Zooper prelaminated boards offers a consistently reliable solution to our customers. Care & Maintenance Of OpuLux Panels OpuLux panels are very easy to maintain. Microfiber cloth can be used for cleaning the surface after presoaking the cloth with water. The surface can be cleaned using any non-abrasive liquid solution. OpuLux panels are environmental friendly. 8
