Every employee of Petrofast ME is responsible for the quality of his work. All Petrofast ME products are tested and accepted in accordance to international standards or our own more stringent internal test procedures, which is developed considering the harsh field conditions. In addition to this we also offer specific testing to our client's requirement as per projects requirements. All fasteners are verified for their chemical compositions, mechanical properties, dimensions and coating thickness as per the standards. All instruments are calibrated as per internal ISO procedures. NDT testing like dye penetrant (DP) test are carried out for fabricated items. PMI testing requirements are carried out on exotic materials like duplex steel, nickel alloys and as per client requirements. Stringent in-process inspection and final inspection ensures 100% defect free quality products. Petrofast ME is certified organization to ISO 9001:2008 by German Cert.
