Welcome to Lionvest Trading (UK) Ltd one of the UK s largest independent wood flooring agents, importers and distributors. We began trading in 1997 and have vast experience in importing and supplying high quality wood flooring to the UK, Europe and Middle East. From our bonded warehouse near Southampton docks, we can deliver across the UK within 48 hours. Our extensive portfolio comprises over 100 products across 6 product groups, most of which is supplied in unbranded cartons. Additionally, we offer 50 bespoke lines available with lead times of just 3-4 weeks, in a wide choice of exotic species and finishes. We work directly with manufacturers to meet any specification required, and also have the facilities to stain, oil, hand-finish and add textures to many wooden floors. We are the exclusive UK distributor for Belgian manufacturer Lalegno expanding our product base by another 100+ items available from landed stock, with direct access to many more with a lead time of just a few days. We also carry a wide Hardwood Plywood range in 8 4, cut-to-size 4 4 and 4 2, in 3.6mm to 25mm thickness available in quality MLH Plywood, Malayan Plywood and Q Mark standard Plywood (endorsed by TRADA) as well as a selection of Softwood Plywood and OSB. All procurements are checked prior to their purchase and we are increasing the proportion of independently certified and verified timber from predominantly FSC sources. Currently we hold a full FSC Chain of Custody and purchase all goods in accordance with the EUTR guidelines which came into effect on the 3rd March 2013.

5 Lionvest distribution network, stock and bonded warehouse Near Southampton docks, Lionvest Trading has a vast warehouse holding over 1500 pallets of flooring stock in a secure, bonded facility. All these products are available for prompt delivery direct to our customers in the UK and beyond. We are proud to be bulk specialists purchasing in volume and predominantly selling stock in full pallet loads. This keeps handling costs to a minimum, meaning we can then pass these savings to our customers by ensuring our prices are always competitive. Lionvest Trading endeavour to deliver all orders, be it to our customer direct or on site, in just two working days. We utilise regular and reliable haulage companies enabling us to keep a functional delivery system, as well as a select group of long distance hauliers that we work alongside, specifically for our customers who are further afield and in harder to reach areas. As a team, we pride ourselves on speed, reliability and efficiency working with our customers to meet any specification required. 5

11 ENGINEERED 14/15mm RANGE Our ever popular range of 14mm and 15mm engineered flooring has been evolving for over 15 years and caters for all tastes, requirements and budgets. We have available a wide variety of species and an even wider choice of finishes selected by ourselves to the highest specifications. The 1 strip plank collection offers boards in Prime (AB) grade, Natural/Mixed (ABCD) grade and Rustic/Classic (CD) grade with widths varying from 148mm to 240mm. We also carry a selection of 3 strip floors in this range and our Ekowood range (see pages 14-15). Lionvest welcome bespoke orders so if there is a size or finish we don t have as a regular stock item, we will endeavour to source the dream floor for you with minimal lead times. 13 STRUCTURAL ENGINEERED 20/21mm RANGE Structural by design with a plywood based engineered system and 6mm wear layer, this range of versatile products can be fully bonded, floated or secret nailed to battens/ joists and flooring grade plywood which we can also supply (see page 19). With a large choice of finishes and widths varying from 150mm to 320mm, Prime (AB) grade, Natural/Mixed (ABCD) grade and Rustic/ Classic (CD) grade boards, as well as Versailles Panels there is a floor to suit all requirements. 15 THE EKOWOOD ENGINEERED RANGE Lionvest Trading are proud suppliers of Ekowood, who with their eye for precision and quality, are one of the largest branded global leaders in the production of engineered hardwood flooring. We offer a choice of 1 strip planks, 3 strip, and Fineline flooring in a range of species. These come in both Select and Classic grade and have been prefinished with a beautiful satin lacquer for that timeless classic feel. For those wanting a more contemporary look, our unique ADL collection offers engineered 1 strip Oak in Rustic grade or 3 strip Oak in Select grade all of which have a brushed and matt lacquer finish and are available in a choice of colours. All our boards are 13.5mm thick with a 3mm wear layer, and have been engineered with Välinge s G5 patented locking system which has a rubber header joint that assists in a quick and easy installation process. 17 THE LALEGNO RANGE Lionvest Trading are proud to be the exclusive UK distributor of all Lalegno products. Lalegno are a European company based in Belgium with an extensive range of engineered flooring in many different finishes, textures and species. We made the decision to join with Lalegno as we felt their range was exactly what the UK was missing and we wanted to bring that to these shores. They also stand for the same morals and standards as ourselves supplying beautifully crafted flooring at sensible prices with superb customer relations. Lionvest are carrying over 100 of the Lalegno products as stock items but can access the entire range with a lead time of only a matter of days. The choices include 15mm and 21mm unfinished engineered Oak in different textures, a wide variety of prefinished 14mm, 15mm and 21mm engineered Oak, tropical species such as Doussie, Teak and Wenge, plus Versailles Panels, Herringbone and a selection of Bamboo flooring. The finishes and textures available are endless there is everything from light to deep smoked, heat treated or carbonised, sandblasted, axe split, tumbled and distressed to white wash and white patina, grey or white oils and lacquers, brushed, handscraped and barn finishes, there is even invisible finishing for those who like the untreated appearance. We can also organise bespoke floors where you pick and choose the exact finish you want creating your own unique feel. Nothing is impossible! Thanks to the multilayer structure of these engineered floors, they are more stable than a solid wooden floor; this means that as well as being a long lasting solution helping to ensure maximum stability, they are also compatible with underfloor heating. 19 HARDWOOD AND SOFTWOOD PLYWOOD RANGE When we first set out in 1997, our core business was as a Plywood agent so we now have many years of experience importing and distributing a dazzling Plywood range. Our carefully chosen network of suppliers and factories has enabled us to tailor our range with the flooring trade specifically in mind. We sell multiple types of Plywood including Mixed Light Hardwoods (MLH), Brazilian and Chinese Softwood Pine Plywood, Malayan Hardwood, Oriented Strand Board (OSB) and not forgetting Q Mark Hardwood Plywood this is the only Plywood endorsed by TRADA. Lionvest stock standard 8 4 in all types, cut-to-size 4 4 and 4 2 in both Q-Mark and MLH which is cut here in the UK, as well as 8 2 tongue and groove in Q Mark and OSB. Our Plywood comes in a wide range of thicknesses from 3.6mm all the way up to 25mm and we pride ourselves on our competitive pricing!
