20 POLICIES & PROCEDURES ORDERING: ONLINE ORDERING NOW AVAILABLE-MOST ACCURATE AND FASTEST WAY TO ORDER. ALWAYS AVAILABLE. Orders faxed in must be on form provided by Advanced Door Concepts. Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours. It is the responsibility of the customer to check order, sign it, and fax back, before order will be started. You are to use the color name of the vinyl you wish to order, not the number of the corresponding mica or melamine. Advanced Door Concepts is not responsible for incorrect sizes, colors, or profiles ordered. Once final sign off has been received, it cannot be cancelled or changed, additions or changes will be considered a new order. A delivery date will be given at the time the order is placed. If you cannot do the time, don t sign the line. Shakers, glass doors, special requests, flutes, non-stock colors, colored backs or phenolic backed vinyl, will take longer. On special color orders, delivery not guaranteed by a specific date. Add-on parts that ship UPS will be sent COD, cost to customer. SHIPPING All in-stock color orders will then be processed within 24 hours, and delivery within 10 working days. Orders may be picked up with prior notification. All shipping charges are responsibility of customer. COD, cash, pre-payment credit card orders only. SPECIAL REQUESTS You need something custom - ask us! NEW ACCOUNTS Application must be filled out completely before an order will be processed. WARRANTY We warranty our white vinyl doors against yellowing and/or any manufacturing defects of all of our vinyl doors for five years, under normal wear and tear conditions. Alterations to original material is not warranted. Warranty is void if there is direct exposure to excessive heat, and/or sunlight. i.e. Range area. We reserve the right to inspect such defects if such arise. Our doors are designed for interior cabinetry only. Original invoice is necessary for any warranty work to be honored. We need the defective door back in order for it to be replaced at no charge. Replacement limited to product only, no labor, etc. Slight variations in profiles may occur in time due to tooling. Slight color variations may occur if original color brand is unavailable. Check for availability. PRICE Prices are per square foot. Minimum charge 1 sq. ft. per door or drawer head.
