Y G : ground collector Refit the front panel (D) FA. 1 screw + 2 washers + 1 nut Y: parttoremovetoconnect the main ground circuit. the collector (G) passes through the end plate. Depending on the panel layout, part (Y) will be removed on the LH or RH end plate. The collectors connect up. (HM screws 8x30) 2 ways of connecting to the unit s frame earth. exhaustatthebottom fitting the roof and fitting at the panel end X (the nuts and screws can be used again, see cell preparation chapter) It is vital to equip each roof with these 14 captive nuts before assembling it. S1 nuts and screws bag: FA. 14 standard M6 captive nuts C : rear roof (12 screws + washers) For width cells: 375, 500 and 625 mm The other roofs will be fitted after the busbar. Return the roof (C) to its position. C For 750 mm width cells Only the half---roof on the end platesidemustbefitted. The second roof will be fitted after assembling the busbar EN revision : 02
18 exhaustatthetop fitting the roof and the panel end (the nuts and screws can be used again, see cell preparation chapter) It is vital to equip each roof with the 14 captive nuts before assembling them S4 nuts and screws bag: FA. 14 standard M6 captive nuts For width cells: 375, 500 and 625 mm Fix the top part of the end plate. Return the roof to its position. The other roofs will be fitted after the busbar is fitted. (the nuts and screws can be used again) For 750 mm width cells Fix the top part of the end plate. Only the half---roof on the end platesidemustbefitted. The second roof will be fitted after the busbar. fitting the side plate on the panel end H S4 nuts and screws bag: FA. 5 or 7 screws + washers Fit the screws by adding the side plate (H) against the roof flap. N.B.: perform the same operation on the RH end of the panel EN revision : 02 17
19 fitting the front and rear vertical plate (J1) and (J2) by panel cell exhaustatthetop Bag of nuts and screws: FA. 2 screws + washers + nuts J1 and J2 are 2 identical plates J2 J1 Fixing from inside 4 screws + washers (the nuts and screws are to be recovered) Fit sheet (J1), then sheet (J2). Do the same for the continuity of the fitting of these plates for the entire panel EN revision : 02
20 assembling the cells together exhaustatthetopor bottom S1 nuts and screws bag: FA 7 screws + washers + nuts P for panel up against the wall: L R 6 screws + washers for panel accessible from the rear: top view 8 screws + washers for dimensions: Width : 375 mm Width : 500 mm Width : 625 mm Width : 750 mm Fasten the cells together. (the remaining nuts and screws are used to fit the ground collector) L Bolt mounting direction L :leftcubicle R : right cubicle join the 2 cells together. HM6x60 screws to be tightened moderately to Tightening torque: 6Nm. R N Warning, for 750 mm widths: Remove the wiring cover (N). Fit the panel assembly screw (P). (be careful with LV wires) Put the wiring cover back in position EN revision : 02 19

K If the panel is up against the wall, 6 standard captive nuts must be fitted inside the cell extension (K) and on one side only. (see details, fitting standard captive nut) If the panel is accessible from the rear, 8 standard captive nuts must be fitted inside the rear panel flap, and on one side only. (see details, fitting standard captive nut) refitting the rear roofs The nuts and screws can be used again. See chapter on preparation of cells EN revision : 02

24 assembling the roofs together exhaustatthebottom for dimensions: Width : 375 mm Width : 500 mm Width : 625 mm Width : 750 mm screws + washers Assemble the roofs on each cell, use the existing nuts and screws again. Join each roof of each cell together using M6 screws. Reminder: you have already fitted captive nuts to the flaps of each roof. exhaustatthetop Use the roof plates present on the cell roofs and fix them to the casings EN revision : 02 23
25 case of panel extension old (panel CEI 298) / new (panel CEI ) In the case of the extension, the performance of an extended panel (old/new) is the same as that of the old panel (standard CEI 298). Exhaustatthetop Keep the side plate of the stack (old right---hand or left---hand panel). Set up the new side plate and fit the stack casing kit (see chapter Exhaust at the top ) on the new cell coupled with the old one EN revision : 02
