To disassemble the seat, proceed as follows: - operate lever (B) and completely lower the seat (C); - back off one of the three screws (D) and screw it into the hole behind the tube (E) of the seat; - back off the other screws (D) and remove the seat (C). To reassemble the seat, carry out the above steps in reverse order. Keep the seat (C) pressed downward while backing off the screw (D) from behind tube. 15 and To disassemble the pulley frame, proceed as follows: - remove the weight stack pin, lift the crosspiece (F) with the levers, then insert the pin to secure the crosspiece (F) at the top; so that the cable is slack; - remove the four screws (G) and (H); - lift the pulley frame (I) carefully to avoid damaging the cable; H Warning After lifting the pulley frame, pay attention to the levers, because now there is no stopper. To lubricate the weight stack guides: - use a soft cloth to remove any dust and oil residues from the guides; - slightly moisten the cloth with the oil supplied in the optional Basic Box kit; - using this cloth, apply a very thin layer of lubricant over the guides, being careful not to apply too much. For maintenance actions not described in this manual, call in the Technogym Technical Support Service. 18

19 and If any of the padded show signs of wear, it is advisable, especially in the interests of hygiene, to replace them completely. In order to replace the seat loosen the screws on the opposite side to the padding. Handgrips are removed after unscrewing the screws (A). 21 and - insert a thickness of approx. 10 mm (1/2 ) under the first weight of the weight stack; - bring the two levers into contact with the rubber travel stops; - tighten the cable and lock down the screws (A) on the other tension clamp, always keeping the levers in contact with the rubber travel stops; - remove 10 mm thickness (1/2 ) from the weight stack. 22 and To take up some of the slack in the weight stack cable proceed as follows: - remove the front protective weight stack panel; - use an Allen key (A) and an open spanner (B); - back off the nut (C) securing the screw (D) by half a turn in an anticlockwise direction; B C D - simultaneously turn both housings of the pulley, in a clockwise direction to tighten the cable or in an anticlockwise direction to loosen it; Warning Turn the two housings by the same amount on either side: to do this, continually check that the tabs (E) remain perfectly aligned. - after completing the operation, lock down the nut (C) holding the screw (D); - replace the front protective weight stack panel. To disassemble the panel proceed as follows: - unscrew the four screws (A); - unscrew the four screws (B) while holding the panel with one hand; - remove the panel.
