3 Center and Profile Grinding Machine DT 2000 ZPS The DT 2000 ZPS offers the possibility to machine both in one clamping, the center as well as the face profile using deep grinding. Before dynamically grinding the center, the shaft will be pre-measured also dynamically. To guarantee perfect position of the profile, the workpiece will be measured pre- and post- process with an integrated gauging probe. 10 NC axes, 2 Grinding spindles, Dressing spindle, aerostatic adjustment unit, inprocess measuring.
