The SDSF is also capable of performing socket weld removal and chipless wheel cutting. Lightweight and flexible, the SDSF is optimized for low clearance environments. It offers simple setup and operation, featuring a self-squaring clamping system for precise cutting results typically available only with fixed machine tools. The split frame machines can be split in half or broken open, then bolted back together. This allows them to open and mount around the O.D. of in-line piping, or slipped over open-ended pipe. The LCSF has been engineered to apply precise, consistent square cuts and bevels on pipe, tube and casing the first time, every time.
