2 INTRODUCING THE COMPANY The West Sussex Antique Timber Company is an environmentally aware organisation established over thirty years, set in the shade of the South Downs. We use the finest quality timber from sustainable sources. We skillfully capture the natural warmth and character of wood, resulting in products of timeless beauty. Our products range from stunning solid wood floors, doors, mouldings and bespoke furniture, through to complete building projects such as barn conversions and new builds. Our clients include The National Trust, English Heritage and The Crown Estate.

TIMBER FLOORING Our oak flooring is kiln dried, tongue and grooved French Oak of the highest quality.

The new timber can be distressed to evoke the appearance of an authentic floor in a period setting, seamlessly blending in with the surroundings.

Our expert carpenters will lay your floor using a combination of traditional methods and materials.

3 TIMBER FLOORING Our oak flooring is kiln dried, tongue and grooved French Oak of the highest quality. Random or fixed widths boards are hand-planed and can be stained to almost any colour and finish with antique oils and sealants. The new timber can be distressed to evoke the appearance of an authentic floor in a period setting, seamlessly blending in with the surroundings. In addition, we supply elegant Parquet wood floors, Versailles and Basketweave panels. Our expert carpenters will lay your floor using a combination of traditional methods and materials. We can also frame your floor in traditional oak skirting boards, which can be moulded to any profile in our joinery shop.
