NOTE: If alignment problems are the result of a warped blade, a bent frame or bent support arm, or, if alignment is off by more than 1/8-inch, contact the MK Diamond Service Center (800) Tools Needed: Combination () 12-inch or Greater 1/2-inch or MK Open End and MK Triple Hole Box Flat Head Screwdriver Metal Straight Edge 1/4-inch Preparation: Disconnect Saw Inspect Frame Inspect Cutting Head Remove Tile Saw from Power Source Remove Pan Remove Water Pan Inspect Cutting Table Inspect Tile Saw for damage Inspect Inspect Diamond for damage 45 Cutting Head Tile Saw- Revision 12/00, Effective Date December 04, 2000 Page-1

2 Alignment Verification: This will verify the is aligned to the frame of the saw. NOTES: If the blade is misaligned following alignment verification, attempt to align using Alignment Screw, 90º Verification. The Diamond must be removed and reinstalled when removing the Guard. Guard Place on Cutting Table Lock in Position Guard Retaining Nut Remove Guard Place on Frame Guide Bar side of Movable Cutting Table, Height Determination Setup Adjust until Resting on Guide Bar side of Movable Cutting Table, Height Determination Place on Cutting Table Check for Gap Between and 1/2-inch Place on Frame side of, Height Determination Setup Verify side of height is same as Guide Bar side If Gap exists, loosen Movable Cutting Table Check for No Gap Between and 1/2-inch Rotate Clockwise to Tighten Direction of Movement Wheel Assembly (G) Move up or down to the Movable Cutting Table (H) Re-Verify side of height is same as Guide Bar side (I) Tighten 45 Cutting Head Tile Saw- Revision 12/00, Effective Date Date December 04, 2000 Page-2

3 Alignment Screw, 90º Verification: 90º-alignment verification will ensure that the blade will cut the tile straight up and down and not at an angle. NOTES: If the blade is misaligned following this alignment procedure, return the saw to MK Diamond for repair.
