The F HIP SLED offers an impressive array of strength training exercises to develop every major muscle group of the body. Whether your goal is cardiovascular fitness, a shapely, toned body or dramatic muscle size and strength, the F HIP SLED will help you achieve the specific results you want. For your safety and benefit, read this manual and the accompanying literature before using the F HIP SLED. Keep this manual for future reference. 5 STEP Base Frame Assembly To ease the assembly process, do NOT tighten bolts until instructed. Assembly requires two people.. Attach the Base Connector () to the Bolts welded on the Front Stabilizer () using two /" Washers () and two /" Nylon Nuts ().. Attach the Base Connector () to the Bolts welded on the Rear Upright () using two /" Washers () and two /" Nylon Nuts (). Slide the two X 75 mm End Caps () onto the Front Stabilizer () and the Rear Upright ().. Attach the pre-assembled Main Frame () to the vertical bolts welded on the Front Stabilizer () using two /" Washers () and two /" Nylon Nuts (). Attach the Rear Upright () to the bolts welded to the top of the Main Frame () using two /" Washers () and /" Nylon Nuts (). Slide the two 75 X mm End Caps () onto the Main Frame ().. Slide the X mm Sq Cap (7) onto the Linear Bearing Assembly (). 7

6 STEP Shoulder Pads, Safety Stoppers, and Weight Holder Assembly. Attach the Weight Holder Support () to the Weight Holder () using one /" X -/" Hex Bolt ( ), two /" Washers (), and one /" Nylon Nut () on the top hole of the Weight Holder () and one /" X " Hex Bolt (7) at the bottom threaded hole.. Attach the Weight Holder Assembly ( & ) to the bolts welded to the underside of the Linear Bearing Assembly () and tighten with four /" Washers () and four /" Nylon Nuts ().. Insert the top end of the Right Safety Stopper (5) into the top bracket on the Main Frame () and then slide the bottom end into the low bracket on Main Frame (). Check to make sure the Safety Stopper rotates and slides freely. Insert an 8mm Locking Pin () into the hole on the top of the Right Safety Stopper (5). Tap the Locking Pin with a hammer to makes sure it is permanently attached. Repeat the procedure for the Left Safety Stopper ().. Attach two 8mm Round Plugs () to the top on both Shoulder Assemblies (7, 8). Attach one mm Round Plug () to the handles at the top on both Shoulder Assemblies (7, 8). 5. Pull the Spring Knob () on the right side of the Linear Bearing Assembly () and insert the Right Shoulder Assembly (7). Attach the Right Shoulder Pad (0) to Right Shoulder Assembly (7) using two 5/" X -/" Hex Bolts (8) and two 5/" Spring Washers (). Repeat the same procedure for the Left Shoulder Assembly (8)

7 STEP Leg Press Plate and Foot Platform Assembly. Attach the bottom side of the Foot Platform (0) to the Main Frame () by aligning the holes and then inserting the solid Foot Platform Axle (0). Attach a /8" Nut () to each side of the Foot Platform Axle (0).. Find the Foot Platform Adjuster Sleeve (7). Pull the Spring Knob () and insert the Foot Platform Adjuster Inside Tube (8). Attach the Foot Platform Adjuster Sleeve (7) to the Front Stabilizer (), using one /" X -/" Bolt (5), two /" Washers () and one /" Nylon Nut ().. Attach the Foot Platform Adjuster Inside Tube (8) to the Foot Platform (0) using one /" X - /" Bolt (5), two /" Washers (), and one /" Nylon Nut ().. Attach a Back Pad (7) to the Leg Press Plate () using two /8" X " Hex Screws (). Attach the Leg Press Plate () to the Linear Bearing Assembly () by aligning the holes and then inserting the solid Foot Plate Axle (). Secure with a /8" Nut () on both sides. Pull the Pop Pin () on the Linear Bearing Assembly () to adjust the Leg Press Plate () to your desired angle

8 STEP Back Pad Assembly. Adjust the Leg Press Plate () to the flat position and then attach the Back Pad () to the Linear Bearing Assembly () using two /8" X -/" Hex Bolts () and two /8" Washers ().. Attach two Back Pads (7) to Hip Pad Plate () using four /8" X " Hex Screws () and two /8" Washers ().. Slide the two Metal Hinges () onto the small axles welded to the top of the Foot Platform (0) and then attach the Back Pad (8) to the Metal Hinges () using two /8" X " Hex Screws () and two /8" Washers ().. The Spring Clips (5) are used to hold the weight plates on the Weight Holder ()

9 STEP 5 Calf Raise Assembly. Attach the Non Slip () to the Calf Block (). Attach one mm End Plug () and two 75 X mm End Caps (8) to the Calf Block (). To perform calf raises, insert the Calf Block into the central hole in the Foot Platform (0).. Attach Back Pad Assembly (7) to the Leg Press Plate ()
