3 Random Plank Hardwood Flooring Our Finest Flooring N o home should be without the rugged elegance of a solid wood floor. Our unique Random Plank Hardwood Flooring is milled exclusively in our Shawano plant. You get a mixture of pieces that are four different widths 2, 3, 4, and 5. Individual pieces will range in length from sixteen inches to eight feet. All of our flooring is 3/4 thick and packaged in convenient bundles. Grades Most species are available in both rustic and select grade. Rustic flooring will contain numerous character marks and tight knots, which are selected by our staff to be useable in a flooring setting. Select flooring will be mostly clear of knots and other imperfections. End Matching All of our Random Plank Flooring is produced with a tongue and groove cut on the ends of each piece as well as on the sides. This makes our product easier to install and provides consistent and accurate fits between pieces. Factory Finish Our Random Plank Flooring is also available prefinished. Our factory finish is a four coat, 100% solids, UV cured modified urethane, with the topcoat containing ceramic for added hardness. We have prefinished stock of most Rustic grades. 4 Random Plank Hardwood Paneling A Shawano Wood Products Speciality! Shawano Wood Products is your source for high quality tongue and groove paneling. With our Random Plank Paneling, you get a mixture of pieces that are four different widths 2, 3, 4, and 5. Individual pieces will range in length from sixteen inches to eight feet. We price our paneling by the square foot of coverage for horizontal or vertical installation. All of our paneling is 3/4 thick. Allow 5% extra material for diagonal installations. Grades Most species are available in both rustic and select grade. Rustic paneling will contain tight knots and numerous character marks. Select paneling will be mostly clear of knots and other imperfections. End Matching All of our Random Plank Paneling is produced with a tongue and groove cut on the ends of each piece as well as on the sides. Prefinishing We can save you time by finishing your tongue and groove paneling with a clear, durable, nonyellowing satin finish. Please allow at least four weeks lead-time for all prefinished products. The minimum prefinished order is 200 square feet. We are unable to accept returns on non-stock prefinished material. Each tongue and groove row will cover five inches. End matched pieces will range in length from sixteen inches to eight feet. End matched pieces will range in length from sixteen inches to eight feet. Not end matched pieces will range in length from six to sixteen feet. Western Red Cedar can be milled with a smooth face or a rough face. Cedar with a rough face cannot be end matched. Cedar trim boards also available. See Siding page for pricing. 6 Casings Ordering Casings Moldings are run to order and available in random lengths of three feet and longer. The only exceptions are seven-foot door sides. 10 Delivery Free Delivery Orders of at least 500 boardfeet can be delivered free of charge anywhere in the shaded area of the map. The charge for delivering less than 500 board feet of material is determined by the zone you are in. Important: Someone must be present to accept delivery and assist with the unloading; if not additional charges may apply. Zone #1: $60 Zone #2: $ 70 Zone #3: $ 80 Note: We are unable to deliver small orders of less than 200 board feet. Returns and Exchanges for whatever reason. We will take STOCK items for return provided: 1. You call and advise us of your intention to return material. 2. The material is in original bundled condition, free of damage dirt and moisture. Opened 3. Material must be returned within 30 days of the date of sale. 4. Materials must be returned to our Shawano site. We are not able to pick up returns at job sites with our trucks. 5. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice so proper credit can be given. 6. Special order items not normally manufactured or stocked by us are not returnable for credit. 10
