1 SCH Easy Cut II Cutting System The SCH Easy Cut II Conversion Kits is a universal cutting system that can be used in any type of crop in the world of agriculture. With the use of spring steel guards, completely hardened sections and roller guides, the Easy Cut II cutting system combines high quality and wear resistant components to provide the most innovative knife system in the market today. The Easy Cut II system eliminates the need for any adjustments, meaning more uptime and less maintenance. SCH has specially designed each part to be universal. By doing so, each of the common components can be used on many different applications. The SCH Easy Cut II system provides a high cutting performance even in extreme harvesting conditions. Every platform on the market today can be updated to the SCH Easy Cut II Conversion Kit. Roller Guide Conversion Kit SCH roller guides greatly reduce the amount of force required from the knife drive to power the knife. On conventional cutting systems the knife runs against a wear plate. With the SCH roller guides, the knife runs against the top and bottom roller guides allowing the knife to move more freely. This also reduces the amount of wear on the knifeback. The top and bottom roller guides are alternated every foot, which allows the knife to move more smoothly across the entire header. Wear Bar (aka Wear Plate) Conversion Kit SCH wear bars have a similar concept as the conventional cutting systems in the market but require less adjusting. The hardened wear plates support the knifeback from behind, while the section rides on top of the wear plate. This feature combined with the box design of the guards creates a tight fitting knife and eliminates the need for hold downs and any adjustments. What s Included? Each kit includes all the necessary parts to convert your current header into an Easy Cut II cutting system. Along with this, each kit includes mounting instructions on how to assemble the kit.
