3 1. 2. Place the Left and Right s in the desired location next to each other and level the (8) Levelers as needed. Remove Hardware Bag and Light Box Diffusers AB. Set aside Light Box Diffusers AB for Step 19. Connect the Left A and Right B together with (6) 1/4-20 x 2-1/2 Machine Screws C, (12) Small s D and (6) 1/4-20 Wing Nuts E. 3. Screw the cabinets together from opposite ends using (2) # 8 x 1-1/2 Wood Screws F. G - #10 x 3 Screw Shim as Necessary Wall F - #8 x 1-1/2 Wood Screw A - Left Leveler B - Right Slide s Together C - 1/4-20 x2-1/2 Machine Screws D - Small D - Small E - 1/4-20 Wing Nut Slide s Together 4. Shim as necessary behind the top cleat and secure the cabinets to the wall studs with (4) #10 x 3 Screws G. NOTE: Use (2) per cabinet for a total of (4) screws. Page 3

4 5. Hang the (2) Spacer Columns H on the s of the (2) s as shown. Left F - Spacer Column Right H - Spacer Column 6. Plug the unit into the power source. Page 4

5 7. Insert (2) Biax Bulbs I into each Light Fixture (6 per column). Bulbs I and Diffusers AA are packed in back of Chip s (J,K,L). Remove and save the diffusers for installation in Steps 18 and Hang the (1) Left Chip J, (1) Center Chip K, and (1) Right Chip L onto the s of the (2) s as shown. Level the Chip s if necessary. Plug the top Left Chip Power Cord into the top Center Chip. Plug the top Center Chip Power Cord into the top Right Chip. Light Over Each Collection Left Chip Center Chip Right Chip Page 5

6 Hang LED Wires into the center of cabinet prior to placing Header. Attach the Header Box M to the top of the fixture with (9) 1/4-20 x 2-1/2 Machine Screws N, (18) 1/4 Fender s O, and (9) 1/4-20 Wing Nuts P. Feed the (4) LED Light Leads into the Header Box and plug the (4) leads into 6-Way Splitter AC. Plug the 6-Way Splitter Power Cord into the top Left Light Can. 6-Way Splitter N - 1/4-20 x 2-1/2 Machine Screw M - Header Box 6-Way Splitter Power Cord O - 1/4-20 Fender Top Left Light Can LED Light Lead O - 1/4-20 Fender Left P - 1/4-20 Wing Nut Right Page 6

7 12. Attach the Logo Header Q to the Header Box with (8) 1/4-20 x 1-1/4 Machine Screws R. 13. Plug Logo Header LED Light Lead into 6-Way Splitter AC. Use the Cable Ties S to bundle the LED Wires neatly. Hole 6-Way Splitter Q - Logo Header LED Lead Header Box R - 1/4-20 x 1-1/4 Machine Screws Left Side Light Box Right Side Light Box T K Fluorescent Bulb U- 2700K Fluorescent Bulb S - Cable Ties 14. Remove the Diffusers from the Light Box and install (1) 6500K Fluorescent Bulb T on the left side of the Light Box and (1) 2700K Fluorescent Bulb U on the right side of the Light Box. Page 7

8 15. Secure the top of the (2) Wall Brackets V to the Wall Studs with (4) #12 x 2 Sheet Metal Screws W, and (4) Large s X. Shim if necessary. Wall Stud Shim If Necessary X - Large V - Wall Bracket W - #12 x 2 Wood Screw X - Large Wall Bracket Y - 1/4-20 x 2 Toggle Bolt NOTE: Use the (4) 1/4-20 x 2 Toggle Bolts Y and (4) Large s X to secure the top of the (2) Wall Brackets to the Wall if you are unable to locate the Wall Studs. 9 16. Secure the bottom of (2) Wall Brackets V to the Header Box with (8) #10 x 3/4 Wood Screws Z. 17. Plug the Power Cord into an electrical outlet and make sure all the lights and LED s are working properly. 18. Insert (9) Column Diffusers AA into the Chip s above the color chips (3 per module). 19. Insert (2) Light Box Diffusers AB into the Light Box as shown.
