3 NA-30 DOOR The core of door leaf is a high density rock wool of 150 Kg/m3, reinforced with a frame of galvanized sheet of 1,5 and 3 mm. thickness and above this a decorative sheet of 0,8 mm. thickness is fitted. The finishing can be painted or low flame spread PVC film. Around the leaf, a stainless steel edge trim is assembled. The thickness of the door is 54 mm. The frame is a Z shapped 3 mm. steel sheet, and can be finished in stainless steel or lacquered. According to the leaf size, the door can have three or four L-shaped hinges, made of stainless steel as well as the rest of the hardware (handles, locks, escutcheons ). 4 A-60 CLASSIFIED HINGED DOORS Navaliber manufactures the A-60 hinged door under license of Hellbergs International. The core of door leaf is whether a Thermax insulation board of 400 Kg/m3 or a lighter composite board, both solutions are reinforced with a frame of galvanized sheet of 1,5 and 3 mm. thickness, and above this a decorative sheet of 1 mm. thickness is fitted. Around the leaf, a stainless steel edge trim is assembled. If the finishing is lacquered or painted, then the steel sheet will be of 1,2 to 1,5 mm. thickness, folding the interior sheet with the exterior one, avoiding the stainless steel edge trim. In the leaf a window or a hoseport can be assembled. The thickness of the door is 54 mm. A-60 doors support a large range of design variations, like different frames, doble leaf doors, etc. depending of use, situation and client requirements. According to the leaf size, each door can mount two, three or even four A-60 special hinges, made of galvanized or stainless steel, according to the frame.
