2 NOTE: Determine which base assembly will get end panel alignment brackets. 1. On back of base assembly, place two (2) end panel alignment brackets, spaced as shown (1a) and attach using two (2) wood screws per bracket (1b). 2. Peel paper backing from foam tape (2a). Place foam tape onto back of base assembly as shown (2b). Cut excess foam tape when finished. 2b 2a PAPER BACKING FOAM TAPE 1a NOTE: Cut foam tape to accomodate brackets. ALIGNMENT BRACKET This is the side that will be accepting the corner trim unit. SCREW 1b Page 2 of 9

3 3. Turn unit around and push base unit into place next to adjoining unit /4 4. Level base unit. 5. Secure units together and place in position against wall. Leave a 20-1/4 space between unit and other wall. 4 Refer to assembly direction # Install storage cabinet. Refer to assembly direction # BASE UNIT Page 3 of 9

4 9 CONNECTOR BOLT 7. For the second set of assemblies, turn the base assembly on it's side. Lower the end panel onto the base assembly as shown (7a). Make sure the top of the base assembly and the top of the end panel is flush (7b), also make sure the side of the end panel is flush with the front of the canopy assembly (7c) and make parallel to the base unit upright. 8. Secure the end panel to the base unit by first squaring up top of panel to top of the unit assembly and installing three (3) 1-1/4" wood screws (8a). Square up the back of the end panel to the back edge of the base assembly and install the six (6) remaining 1-1/4" screws (8b). NOTE: Make sure not to install the six (6) screws into the pre-drilled holes. Install these screws 2" from the back edge. 9. Attach six (6) connector bolts. 8b 7a 8a INSTALL THESE (6) 1-1/4" WOOD SCREWS ONE AT A TIME BY FIRST SQUARING UP BACK OF PANEL TO BACK OF ASSEMBLY INSTALL THESE (3) 1-1/4" WOOD SCREWS FIRST AFTER SQUARING UP TOP OF PANEL TO TOP OF ASSEMBLY 7b FLUSH FLUSH 7c Page 4 of 9

5 10d 10. Align the end panel side assembly with the end panel assembly (10a). Make sure holes on the end panel side assembly accept the connector bolts on the end panel assembly (10b). Draw each cam lock, in a clockwise direction, into the center of the cam 0º to 75º (no tightening occurs at this point). 10a 10b SIDE ASSEMBLY The cam lock range for tightening is 75º to 195º. Hand tighten until a rigid tensioning is achieved in all cam locks (10c). 10d Install three (3) shelf support pins onto the end panel and three (3) shelf support pins onto the end panel side assembly (10d). 10c SIDE ASSEMBLY SIDE ASSEMBLY Page 5 of 9

6 11. Slide units together. Secure units together and place in position against wall. Refer to assembly direction # Install lower storage unit. Refer to assembly direction # Secure lower storage unit to the end panel using two (2) 1-1/4" wood screws TWO (2) 1-1/4" WOOD SCREWS Page 6 of 9

7 14. Slide the two units next to adjoining assembly (14a). Make sure the end panel side assembly is engaged securely with both end panel alignment brackets (14b). 14a 14b ALIGNMENT BRACKET SIDE ASSEMBLY Page 7 of 9

8 15. Push units tight to both walls. Level the units (15a). Secure using two (2) wood screws at the top as shown (15b). 15b 17a 16. Remove drawers (16a). Secure using two (2) wood screws inside case (16b) and reinstall drawers. 15a 17. Determine a level line on corner wall and mark with pencil (17a).
