When they are supplied and are part of the assembly of this bed, ensure that the barrel nuts are fitted the correct way so the hole in the nut is facing towards the intersecting hole in the panel. This assembly requires two persons. Intersecting Hole We recommend the bed is assembled in the room it shall be located in. Bed Assembly - Use ack 'A' tage M x8 C x8 D x ix support legs (4) from inside bed frame into the pre-threaded holes in both side panels (). Make certain the labels are as shown in the diagrams - they must point towards each other. The legs are then in correct place to stop the drawer going under the bed. 4 Bed Assembly - Use ack 'A' tage A B C D x oosely insert four bolts (A) with spring washers (B) & flat washers (C) into each side of headboard & footboard (&). 0mm Note: Do not tighten fully but leave 0mm protruding as in the diagram. Once all four corners are located, make sure the bed is square as in the sketch, then tighten all the bolts 00% using Allen key (D). age 4 of 8

5 itting lats - Use ack 'B' tage a ITTIN WOODN AT T x H x U x i: Carefully lay wooden slat set () on the metal supports on each side panel. Using two bolts () with spring washers (), flat washers () and sleeve nuts () fix one slat next to headboard. ii: Roll out wooden slats just over half way down the bed and using two more bolt sets, loosely bolt the central slat into position - align slats and fix all four bolt sets 00% by Allen key (H). iii: it centre slat with the support leg (6) using screw (U) and flat washer (). ully tighten using a cross-head screwdriver. U Carefully turn adjustable foot clockwise until it just touches the floor and slat is horizontal. 6 Adjustable oot iv: Roll out rest of wooden slats and fix with last two bolt sets fully tighten using Allen key (H). age of 8

6 itting lats - Use ack 'B' ITTIN URADD RUN AT RAM tage b x4 x4 x4 H x x8 x4 9 Open the metal slat frame () and lay face down on the working surface. it the support legs (8&9) to the positions shown securing with the bolts (). ully tighten using Allen key (H). 8 9 Carefully turn the slat frame over and position onto the metal slat supports on each side panel. Align the frame with the fixing holes at each end and secure using four sets of bolts (), spring washers (), flat washers () and sleeve-nuts (). When all in place tighten using Allen key (H) inally, please check carefully that all bolts are fully tightened before the bed is used. age 6 of 8
