The fixture is mounted to an edge beam or building structure/form board. The fixture can be reused at the next work site. LK Pipe Pole is used to produce a neat and secure vertical pipe connection to e.g. radiators for assembly on floor slabs. LK Pipe Pole is available in two designs, double with c/c 40 between holes and quattro with two x c/c/ 40. ( ) LK Pipe Pole can be reused. 2 LK Manifold Stand (Article no ) LK Cabinet Stand (Article no ) LK Manifold stand be used as an aid when securing manifolds. The stand also includes two sleeve pipes which prevent the legs getting stuck in the concrete. The stand is reusable. LK Cabinet Stand is used for temporary fixing/hanging of LK Manifold Cabinet. The stand also includes four pole clips complete with bolts and two sleeve pipes which prevent the legs getting stuck in the concrete. The stand is reusable. 3 LK Legs for Manifold Cabinet UNI (Article no ) LK Fixing Plate Pipe-in-Pipe 25 (Article no ) Legs for aiding assembly of LK Manifold Cabinet UNI. May well be used on precast concrete floor slab. Supplied with 4 x self tapping screws and sealing washers to fix to the manifold cabinet. The fot has a 6 mm pre-drilled hole intended for metal nail plug or bolt etc. (not supplied). In cases where the legs does not provide proper fixation of the manifold cabinet, it should also be fixed in the wall construction. Used to produce a straight and precise pipe installation to manifolds. Assembled with the aid of 2 Ø 10 mm reinforcement bars which are hammered into the ground. The fixing plate is fitted with 10 st pairs of holes dim. 25 mm intended for LK Manifold Cabinet UNI 550. The fixing plate has cut markes to fit LK Manifold Cabinet UNI UNI 350. 4 LK Bend support UNI - Floor (Article no ) LK Bend support UNI - Wall (Article no ) Used to secure pipes in floors. Fits P-i-P dim. 16 and 20. The pipes are spaced at c/c 40. The bracket is screwed or nailed to the floor slab. LK Bend Support UNI-Floor is combined with LK Bending Support UNI-Wall (Article no ) for example, to connect radiators to walls. LK Bend Support UNI-Wall combines with LK Bend Support UNI-Floor (Article no ) for exampe to connect radiators to walls. 5 LK Connection box (Article no , ) LK Pipe Holding Nail (Article no ) LK Connection box is used as an economy mould when embedding P-i-P in concrete slabs. The box comes in two different designs, either with holes on the shorter sides or with holes on all four sides. After embedding the pipe can be exposed again if required for connection. 6 LK Nail Clips (Article no , ) LK Nail Clip (Article no ) Intended for securing conduits 25 and 34 to concrete constructions. Nail Clips are hammered into an 8 mm hole. 8 LK Metal Clip for Sleeve Pipe 25, coil For sleeve pipes 25 mm (RSK ) LK Wall Support (Article no ) For attachment of sleeve pipes to building structure. The metal clip is available in dimension 25. The metal clip is on coils that are sold in cartons. The metal clip is cut to the desired length/number and designed so that the conduit pipe does not slide. The metal clip can be mounted with both screw and nail gun. Note! Distance between the cold and hot tap water should be considered. For fixing 25 mm conduit in straight leadthrough in wall stud or wall board. Max stud thickness 70 mm. Supplied with fixing plate. 14 LK Angle Wall Support 150 (Article no ) LK Wall Support Flex Wallbox UNI Push (RSK ) LK Angle Wall Support 150 is mounted to wooden or steel studs. Wall mounting plates c/c 150 can also be attached to the wall support. It is also possible to use the wall support where the piping protrudes from the wall by c/c 50 mm, e.g. for connection to floor-mounted manifolds. Note! The wall support must be supplemented with nogging piece alternatively Wet-Room-Wall 2012 (Safe Water-wall). LK Wall Support Flex Wallbox UNI Push mounted against a wall stud with the c/c distance of 300 mm, 450 mm or 600 mm. Alternatively in steel studs with c/c 450 mm. Adjustable c/c measurement for pipe oulet. Comes with two brackets for the installation of two wallboxes. Note! The stud must be jacked out 5 mm to provide space for the plate reinforcement profile. For pipe exits c/c 160, use plate For pipe exits c/c 150, use plate Note! The wall support must be supplemented with nogging piece alternatively Wet-Room-Wall 2012 (Safe Water-wall). For mounting the LK Wallbox UNI Push in wooden studs with a c/c distance of 600 mm. The studs must be jacked out with 8 mm. For pipe outlets c/c 150 mm. The wallbox is mounted to the plate with the included screws. There is also screws included to mount the plate to the studs. Note! 16 LK Mounting Tool, concrete (RSK ) The bend support is designed for use with LK Wall Box for concrete. To be installed with nail on rear or front wall insert. The plate is reversible in order to install LK Wall Box for concrete with c/c 150 or 160 mm. The bend support has a centre hole for fixation of a 50 mm drainpipe.
