2 PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS MATERIALS White and MB-40 bronze electrostatically applied baked polyester paint. FRAME All frames are mechanically assembled with a gasket and a secondary silicone seal for added assurance of weather tight performance. The frame jamb width is 2- (73mm), and the nominal extrusion exterior wall thickness is The frame incorporates a 1/2 front flange for typical Florida installations into block construction. A sloped sill with weep holes are in the frame to ensure standing water is directed to the exterior plane of the unit. Optional frame types: slip-on nailing fin. SASH The single-hung sash is a nominal 1-1/8 (28.65mm) thickness. It is mechanically fastened for added strength and durability, and silicone sealed to ensure weather tight performance. GLAZING Monolithic 5/16 (7.9mm) Impact Resistant glass standard. All units are exterior glazed. Clear, LowE, LowE366, and tinted glass colors for a variety of glass options. WEATHER-STRIPPING A fin-pile weather-strip is applied to sash jamb, sash interlocks, and main head/sill. HARDWARE A single action cam style lock is available on all windows. Block and Tackle balance systems are utilized to support the vertical operation of the sash. Head/Sill latches are standard. INSECT SCREENS The exterior fiberglass charcoal color insect screen is set in an aluminum frame to match the color of the unit. The spring loaded screen system assists in keeping it secured to the window. Insect screens are intended to allow air and light in and keep insects out. They are not intended to keep anyone or anything from falling through an open door or window. For safety screens or other security devices contact your local building supply retailer. GRILLES SDL (Simulated Divided Lite) (25.4mm) vinyl contour outside/flat inside muntins surface mounted on the exterior surfaces of the single glaze glass unit to provide a true divided lite appearance. Only available in white. DA (Double Applied) - Aluminum double applied flat/flat bar is applied to the exterior of the single glazed glass to give the detail of a true divided look.
