Includes powerful machining methods to handle complex programming tasks Includes built-in cut material visualization for error free programming Free post-processor generator to allow posting to virtually any controller on the planet.

8 Machining Operation Types Create these types of machining operations in VisualTURN: Turning Turn Roughing and Finishing for Outer Diameter (OD), Inner diameter (ID) and Front Facing Grooving - Groove Roughing and Finishing for Outer Diameter, (OD), Inner diameter (ID) and Front Facing Follow Curve - Similar to finishing where toolpath follows the selected part geometry in OD, ID and Face Threading - Machine OD and ID threads on a part Parting - Cut off the finished part from rest of the stock in OD Hole Making - Drill, tap, bore and reverse bore holes

26 Knowledge Bases archive an entire machining strategy specific to a certain class of parts machining strategy can include both, the sequence of machining processes used as well as the specific parameters used in each of these machining processes reuse knowledge base by loading it on other parts that utilize a similar set of machining operation. Set defaults - allows the reuse of the machining parameters without having to enter the same parameters when creating new machining operations on same part or new part files
