2 Duo-Leaf Side Hinge Garage Doors from JD (UK) Ltd are a combination of modern materials, contemporary design and traditional practicality. The outer goal post frame of the door set is produced in a sleek, high quality aluminium extruded section with a 10yr warranty. This section provides a rigid anchor point for the door leaf sections to be hung from and firm points when securing to the structural opening. Modern internal corner clamps secure the 45 sections together, meaning no welding or weak points. The main door leaves are made from German engineered sandwich panels, which are formed to make a 45mm thick panel with steel outer and inner faces. They are then filled with polyurethane foam, which is normally associated with insulated products.
