2 Skid Plate Mounting Hardware Kit Front Differential Skid Hardware 1/ - 20 x 3/ Rear Skid Hardware 1/ - 20 x 1 2 M6 1.0 x 30mm Flange Bolts 2 7 Main Skid Hardware 1/ - 20 x 3/ 6 M x 25 mm Flange Bolts /2 x 1 3/ D Clamps Extension Bracket ( w/ 3x installed j-clips ) 1 Use: 1/ -20 tap on drilled holes ( Optional ) *If Installing : Rock Sliders RS Use: (6x) 1/ - 20 x 1 1/ This Kit Requires the Re-Use of Your Stock Skid Mounting Bolts. We recommend the use of a thread locker compound when securing bolts 2

3 Stock Skid Plate Removal Save Stock Bolts For Future Steps (9x) Total Remove all stock skid plates First: Remove stock skid plate save all hardware. This package Will reuse (9x) stock mounting bolts. Will not need stock washers Stock skid plate will have to shift downwards, then swing out. May need to loosen (x) Torx bolts (T-0) on lower side panels to ease removal (Needed in future steps) 3

4 Rear Skid Plate Direction Of Extension Bracket & Bolt Pattern Using: (2x) Stock Bolts To mount: Extension Bracket (see fig. (# 1 )) With one bolt on each side Install Rear Skid Use : (2x) M6 1.0 x 30 mm Bolts w/ (2x) #3 (3x) Stock Bolts W/ (3x) Use: bolt pattern below to fasten rear skid to extension bracket. Back out Stock Bolts and re-install with in this method, to keep the mount in place until fastened securely. #E #3 #C #D Disregard these mounting holes until final step #E

5 Main Skid If installing with Rock Sliders see fig. (RS) Use: 1/ -20 tap if desired # # # #3 #3 RS #5 RS *If Installing : Rock Sliders use the same side mounting holes, mark and drill the centers of the holes on the stock side lower plastic panel, before mounting skid plate. (see fig. (RS)) use the provided : (6x) 1/ - 20 x 1 1/ along sides (x) Torx Bolts (T-0) # RS Install: Main Skid Plate Use: Stock Bolts w/ Fasten center bolts first, align tongue and groove on rear skid plate. If installing with rock sliders *See (RS) Remove and save: (x) Torx (T - 0) Stock Screws in lower side panel (see fig. ()) Place a wedge, gently pry and hold panel away from chassis frame. Work skid plate under the lip of the stock lower side panel (see fig. ()) #3 Install : mid center bolts (2x) M x 25 mm bolts w/ Counter sunk washers # Install : (x) D Clamps Use remaining Stock Bolts and (1x) M x 20mm Bolt Hold and fasten over chassis frame (see fig. (#)) #5 Align sides with chassis frame, mark the center of the side holes (see fig.()) Drill a 3/16th inch hole, Use: (6x) 1/ 20 x 3/ w/. (Re-install Torx bolts from step ()) 5

6 Front Diff Skid Make sure tongue and groove align prior to drilling Install: Front Differential (Diff) plate Hold diff. plate in place, align with tongue & groove on main skid: Make a score or mark the center of the holes Drill 3/16th inch holes, ( see figure: (#a) ) Use: (x) 1/ -20 x 3/ Self Taping Bolts w/ On rear skid plate : Make a score or mark the center of the holes. Drill 3/16th inch holes ( see figure: (#a) ) Use: (2x) 1/ 20 x 1 w/ On rear skid #a #a We recommend the use of a thread locker compound When securing bolts Tighten All Bolts Securely Use: 1/ -20 tap if desired 6

7 A-Arm Guard Instructions Front A-Arms Direction of A-Arms & clamps Front A-Arm Hardware (x) 1 x 1 D Clamps (x) 1/ -20 x 1 (x) 1/ -20 x 1 1/2 (8x) Ny-Lock Nuts (8x) 1/ Gold Washers 1/ -20 x 1 1/ -20 x 1 Rear A-Arms 1/ -20 x 1 1/2 1/ -20 x 2 1/2 ( Front A-Arm Guards ) Install : A-Arm guard, Hold in place Align & install Use: 1 x1 - D Clamps with/ 1/ - 20 x 1, 1/ Gold Washers and Ny Lock Nuts. On the outer apex of the a-arm use : 1/ -20 x 1 1/2 1/ Gold Washers and Ny Lock Nuts finger tighten bolts to allow adjustment Tighten all bolts securely when done ( Rear A-Arm Guards ) (using similar method) Install Rear A-Arm Guards, Use: 1 1/2 x 1 1/ Box Clamps with/ 1/ - 20 x 1 1/ Gold Washers & Ny Lock Nuts And install 1/ -20 x 2 1/2 In the other 6x bolt locations. Finger tighten bolts to allow for adjustment. Tighten all bolts securely when done Rear A-Arm Hardware (2x) 1 1/2 x 1 1/ Box Clamps (2x) 1/ -20 x 1 Counter Sunk Bolt (6x) 1/ -20 x 2 1/2 (8x) Ny-Lock Nuts (8x) 1/ Gold Washers 7
