HOW TO SELECT THIS PRODUCT: Select Product Select required firmware (Product and/or Product ) depending on your preference of sensor type for use with the SpeedTrap Velocity Recorder. Consider the Optional Upgrades and Optional Accessories and select the Consumable Sensors of your preference. Customers must order either one or both of the following two products: SpeedTrap Fibre Optic Firmware c/w 2 Transducers (Product ) SpeedTrap Break Wire Firmware c/w 2 Connectors (Product ) Optional Upgrades (not included): SpeedTrap Adjustable Distance Firmware (Product ): allows the Operator to input the distance between the sensors (from 5 cm to 100 cm in 1 cm increments, and from 1 m to 10 m in 10 cm increments) as opposed to the standard 10 cm fixed distance. Optional Accessories (not included): SpeedTrap Compatible Portable Printer (Product ): allows the Operator to print results directly from the SpeedTrap Velocity Recorder without PC. Distance can be set by the Operator from 5 cm to 100 cm in increments of 1 cm (for samples of explosives) and from 1 m to 10 m in increments of 10 cm (for explosives in blastholes). Settings can be made using the buttons and LCD menu screen of the SpeedTrap Velocity Recorder (Product ) SPEEDTRAP COMPATIBLE PORTABLE PRINTER each Optional line thermal dot printer that allows the Operator to print results directly from the SpeedTrap Velocity Recorder without PC. Provided with internal rechargeable battery, VAC Charger, 1 roll thermal paper, and cable for connection to SpeedTrap Velocity Recorder SPEEDTRAP FIBRE OPTIC CABLE SENSOR (100 m) each Consumable fibre optic cable for use with energetic materials to monitor the discontinuous (point-to-point) velocity. Supplied on a roll containing 100 m (328 ft.). 4 MREL DOCUMENT PROD Page 4 ABOUT THIS PRODUCT: If you want to determine the delay times of explosives accessories such as electric detonators, nonelectric detonators, detonating relays, trunkline delays, fuse heads and impact fuses in a laboratory environment for product quality control purposes; or, if in addition you wish to determine the average velocity of detonation of very short explosives samples such as a pentolite booster, cartridge explosive, or detonating cord; or if you want to determine the velocity of shocktube the most effective and easiest to use recorder is the TimeTrap Delay Time Recorder.
