It's not quite as easy as you expect an "Easy Piano" version to be, but if it were simplified any more, you would lose the sound of the themes. It is amazing for new starters and those who wish to play zelda pieces like a baws. I love it because I read music sheets and am completely confused on what to do. But this is an adapted version for newbies like me. The music sounds as if it makes sense it is on chord and it comes out as if it were in game. 5 stars all the way.p.s: If you have been playing piano for over a year get the other version that says "for piano." Although this sounds great the other version is better.thomandy from youtube makes tutorials for easy piano and makes tutorials for regular; go to easy and listen. That is what you might be learning. If you go to regular and you think you are potential to play that then buy the other version. It's okay as in I can play some parts of the songs and sort of hear the tune (after I took piano lessons for many years.) It's not really okay, as it's labeled as Easy Piano, and it's far from that. Easy for whom? My daughter is hoping that after a year of lessons, she might be able to tackle a song for one of her recitals. She's already taken 6 months of lessons and reads music pretty well. This stuff is not easy, unless she wants to only try one hand, and even that is hard-pressed to bring out the beloved tunes. I'm not sure how to simplify the songs to make them easier to play. Perhaps the good thing coming out of this is inspiring my daughter to keep trudging along with her lessons and theory, and she can one day tackle this book. I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality of the arrangements in this book. Not all of the pieces are accessible to a true beginner, but I do think that it's something a beginner can grow into quite easily. The simplified arrangements stay true to the emotions of their original counterparts to the point where it is quite satisfying to play these pieces on their own. I'm very happy with this purchase. All of the pieces in this book that I have played thus far have been challenging, but not overly so. I

4 have not played every single piece yet, only 3 or 4, however so I can't say for certain the skill level on the entire book. One of the biggest issues I have is with the binding of the book. For a book with this many pieces, it really should have been spiral bound or something other than the cheap glue that was used. I had to break the spine almost immediately so I could keep the book open to the pages I needed, and I have to keep doing it over and over in order to keep the book open. It's an annoyance more than anything, so I would say more 4 1/2 stars than 4, but that is not an option, so I just had to round down. Great transposition! I have all of the piano books. They have great sheet music, and are officially licensed.they are perfect for collectors or even just fans (of which I am both). I highly recommend this to any Zelda fan. Lots of great songs. I have no complaints about the selection of the songs. I've been playing for six months and most of these songs are within my ability range but there are some that are challenging. I would recommend this to anyone who has been playing for six months to one year. If you've been playing longer, you might want to pick up the regular version. This is a well organized easy piano book. It breaks the different tunes into each game and gives the levels where they occur. Which is great because I bought this for my 7 year old to have something fun to practice/play. He's been playing for a few months and it was a little beyond him unless we broke it down but the organization made it nice that we could look up the game/levels online and usually find a video of someone playing it with the song in the background.
