INTRODUCTION 1.1 Definition The aim of these rules (hereinafter the Rules ) is to set out the conditions under which the Just Dance World Cup competition s qualifiers at the Just Dance Roadshow through Germany (hereinafter the Roadshow Qualifiers or the Roadshow Tournament ) will take place. Entry into the competition implies full acceptance of these Rules and the overall JUST DANCE WORLD CUP 2019 competition rules visible on The Roadshow Qualifiers will be played on the videogame Just Dance This Competition is organized by UBISOFT EMEA, registered with the Trade Register of Bobigny under number , whose registered office is located at 28 rue Armand Carrel Montreuil-sous- Bois (France) (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer ). The Roadshow Qualifiers will take place from to Application The following Rules apply to all the players taking part to the Roadshow Qualifiers. 1.3 Amendments of the Rules The Organizer reserves the right to amend, cancel, shorten or extend the Roadshow Qualifiers if the circumstances so require, without being held liable in any way, and no player shall claim compensation in this respect. Any changes shall be transmitted by all appropriate methods. Consequently, players undertake to consult the Rules on a regular basis on the Just Dance World Cup website ( to be informed of any changes. If an information is missing, please refer to the General Rules of the Competition. 2. OFFLINE QUALIFIERS AT [ROADSHOW TOURNAMENT] 2.1 Access to the Roadshow Tournament zone The Roadshow Tournament Zone is open to the players who have a match to play and to the authorized staff. Access to the Zone is forbidden to players, coaches, managers and supporters who have no match to play / manage / support. Players can only use Roadshow Tournament equipment, specified in article 3.7.1, if a Roadshow Tournament Administrator has authorized them to do so. 2.2 Player behavior in the Roadshow Tournament zone In the Roadshow Tournament Zone, during warm-up phase, players are authorized to interact with their coach, manager, supporters and opponent of their next match. During her/his match the player must not: - Interact in any manner with anyone, except for a Roadshow Tournament Administrator - Quit the game station that has been attributed to him by the Roadshow Tournament Administrator - Use the game station without the authorization of the Roadshow Tournament Administrator 3

ROADSHOW TOURNAMENT 3.1 Game settings during the Roadshow Tournament Game version The Roadshow Tournament will be played with the last version available of Just Dance 2018 for Xbox One and Kinect Game settings The following game settings will be used during the Roadshow Tournament: DanceParty : Rival Autodance : OFF Lyrics : OFF Picto : OFF Tutorials : OFF 3.2 Roadshow Tournament Format Qualification phase Any German person aged at least 13 at the date of the Roadshow Qualifiers can enter this qualification phase. The players have to do the best score on the song that will be attributed to them. The score on their song shall rank players. Each participant can play maximum twice a day. The ranking list per song will be updated regularly during the Roadshow tournament. At the end of the Roadshow, the two players with the highest scores per song will be contacted and go to the German National finals on 09 th December 2018 in Cologne. This means in total 10 German finalists will qualify during the Roadshow qualifiers for the German national finals. All participants will have to complete an image right and data authorization to join the competition. The Organizer will book and pay for accommodation for the finalist in Cologne from or if necessary, travel arrangements need to be organized by the finalists themselves and will be covered up to a maximum amount of 100 EUR per finalist (upon presentation of invoice) List of songs The following music will be used during the Roadshow Qualifiers phase, the songs will be selected randomly by the promotors: 1. Shape of you - Ed Sheeran 3.3 Before a match Match on stage and in tents The players understand and accept that some matches may take place on stage or in tents with specific conditions (lights, specific clothes, use of a proper language, and use of specific headphones). The Roadshow Tournament organizer will give any specific accessory, at its discretion. 4

5 3.4 During a match Between songs A Roadshow Tournament match can only start with the authorization of the Roadshow Tournament Administrator once player received the signal to start. A match started without the administrator authorization is considered unofficial and has no value in the Roadshow Tournament. When a song needs the players to be ready, players have 1 minute after administrator signal to be ready and start the match Interruption of a song If a song is unintentionally interrupted (server crash, internet connection issue ) the song will be played again. If a song is briefly interrupted (as an unwanted pause), the song is not replayed and the match must continue. 3.5 After a match Investigation request When a player thinks she/he is the victim of a Roadshow tournament rules violation during a match, the players must not interrupt the song, whatever the situation, and finish it. Once the song is over, the player can officially ask the Roadshow Tournament Administrator to open an investigation in order to determine if the player was indeed victim of a rules violation. It is highly recommended to give any information that may help the Administrator in her/his investigation. The unjustified and repetitive use of this right can be punished as defined in these rules Score validation For all matches during the Roadshow qualifiers, the Administrator writes the score obtained by the player on her/his song and the player must sign the score sheet. 6 3.7 Roadshow Tournament s setup Roadshow Tournament s equipment The organizer shall provide the following equipment to the players: 1. Console Microsoft Xbox One & Kinect 2. Just Dance 2018 video game 3. Screen Forbidden equipment The players are not authorized to plug third party or personal equipment as cellphones, USB keys or any flash drive to the console or to the electrical outlet, without an express authorization from the Roadshow Forbidden software It is strictly forbidden to use any software that modify the functions of the game, its rules, its data and/or its graphical render. 4. CODE OF CONDUCT 4.1 Prohibited behaviors The player and the coach will be sanctioned if they do or try to do one of the following action: Refuse to follow the instructions of the Roadshow tournament administrator Enter conflict through words and/or actions Use insulting languages or gestures Use insulting languages or gestures in game Have an anti-sport behavior Lie on his/her identity Lie to a Roadshow tournament administrator Not give best efforts to try to win the match Try to manipulate the leaderboard of a group Moreover, it is strictly forbidden to anyone taking part in the Roadshow tournament in a certain way, directly or indirectly, to bet or play money games based on Roadshow tournament results. Nature and duration of sanctions due to violation of the rules are the responsibility of the administrator and the Roadshow tournament organizer. 4.2 Sanctions policy Sanctions list In case of violation of these rules by the player or the coach, the Roadshow tournament administrator may decide of the following sanctions: Oral warning Match loss Disqualification Depending on the nature, the repetition and the final analysis of the violation, the Roadshow tournament administrator may decide at its discretion to apply more sanctions, such as banning the player from future Roadshow tournaments organized by Ubisoft, the deletion of the cash prize for Roadshow tournaments with a cash prize, of the rewards, of the dotation, or even initiate lawsuits towards the player or the coach. 6
