He takes winner awareness very seriously, and as a result, Nick and his staff often place winning tickets and winner banners throughout their establishment. The dispensers at Lucky 7 s Deli are kept full and the Video Lottery SM area is clean with comfortable seating. Nick works closely with his field sales representative, Craig Hanke, to run promotions and prominently place posters, brochures and Lottery point of sale materials. Nick is also very involved with the dayto-day operations of his business and feels that customer service is essential. Some of the new scratchers feature our Playtime brand, while others include images from Oregon Wins campaigns and featured Scratch-its SM. The fun designs make them collectible and will remind your customers to stop by for a Scratch-it SM.
