6 ABOUT THE FILM: THE BUTTON Your film should centre around a button. There is no right or wrong way to incorporate the button, it simply has to be a central part of your movie's plot.
7 ABOUT THE FILM: THE BUTTON The Criteria A silent film (NO dialogue!) Include the Button as the main feature of the movie Use camera techniques and movements effectively Use a minimum of 1 special effect Use the green screen for a minimum of two scenes

23 STORYBOARD CRITERIA Include the following in your Storyboard: title of your movie a picture for each scene in the exact setting that you plan to film the scene write a few words for each picture to explain what is happening in that scene label all of the film movements and angles for each scene (use a variety) include the background for the green screen scenes label any scenes that will have a special effect have all props and costumes on for the pictures (if possible) check all scenes for proper lighting ensure all photos are taken in landscape mode
24 CREATE YOUR STORYBOARD Using a camera to take your photos for your storyboard. Transfer your photos from the camera to a desktop computer (NOT A MAC). In Comic Life on the DESKTOP create your storyboard. Show your teacher when you are finished your storyboard. DO NO START FILMING UNTIL YOUR TEACHER HAS APPROVED YOUR STORYBOARD!!
