2 DIRECTIONS: I Can Statement and Vocabulary Flapbook 1. Cut out the definition page and paste it into your notebook. Do not cut it. 2. Cut out the vocabulary flapbook and glue it along the side tab. 3. Cut apart the flaps AFT ER gluing the side tab. 4. Illustrate each term. You may also choose to supply your own definitions. DIRECTIONS: Classifying Triangles Flaps 1. Cut out the flaps around the perimeter and glue along the back. 2. Cut out the definitions and glue under each flap.

3 DIRECTIONS: Types of Triangles Accordions 1. Color all of the triangles according to their angles. 2. Then, sort the triangles based on sides on the accordions. 3. To make the accordions, cut out around the perimeter. 4. Fold the sections accordion style (overunder) and glue along the top tab. 5. For the two-piece accordions, glue the pieces together along the top tab of the second piece. DIRECTIONS: Classifying Quadrilaterals Flapbook 1. Cut out the shape card and glue it in your notebook. 2. Cut out the flapbook around the perimeter and glue along the side tab. Cut apart the flaps. 3. Under each flap, write the letters of all of the figures that can be classified as that shape.

Cut out the cards at the top and use them to complete the diagram to show the relationships among them. 3. Each card can be used only once. DIRECTIONS: Hierarchy Flaps 1. Cut out the flaps around the perimeter and glue along the top tab. Cut apart the flaps. 2. Cut out the description cards and match each one to the correct hierarchy. 4. Glue each description under the corresponding flap. 5. Draw each shape under the second flap.

Color all the acute triangles YELLOW. Color all the obtuse triangles GREEN. Cut out the triangles and sort them by side lengths on the triangle accordions.

Then, cut out the two sections of the accordion and glue them together along the tab. Glue the top tab into your notebook and fold each section. ISOSCELES Glue this tab under the other section.

Then, cut out the two sections of the accordion and glue them together along the tab. Glue the top tab into your notebook and fold each section. SCALENE Glue this tab under the other section.
