5 Extrusion Coated Paper Description: RMCL offers for the soaps and detergents industry extrusion coated paper. We manufacture a wide range of PE-coated paper which is made by extruding polyethylene on a paper surface to obtain a protective barrier against moisture. The papers used can be machine-glazed, one side coated or calendered and the extrusion can be made with matt, glossy, or white PE. This paper offers excellent barrier to dust and moisture, keeping soap and detergent fresh and unaltered. 6 Folded Carton Description: RMCL delivers folded cartons made to customized specifications for storing and carrying soap bars and detergent packs. These cartons are constructed from paperboard stock which is die cut to a chosen pattern and then folded into various design configurations. Folded cartons are produced flat for ease of shipping and storage. These cartons are available in a variety of sizes and closure styles and are constructed with high quality paperboard to ensure a sturdy pack that can withstand extended handling and storage.
