2 COMPANY PROFILE RODATA company was established in 1994, becoming one of the main suppliers of plastic and paper based packaging in Romania, specialized in rotogravure printing. We own in Constanta city a production site with warehousing facility of approximately sqm and production capacity of sqm per month. Offices are located in Bucharest.

4 GOALS AND STRATEGY RODATA s main goal is to strengthen its leading position in the production of paper and plastic based packaging, as well as in rotogravure printing in Romania, and its presence on foreign markets. Strategy for achieving our goal is double focused: on our main skill rotogravure printing and on production quality and safety. We enjoy full support and collaboration of our suppliers for purchase of high quality raw materials and obtaining the latest technologies in the field. We are involved in development of new products and their applicability in different fields of activity, so that our customers enjoy highest quality, shortest execution time and most competitive prices.

The substrate s antistatic coating ensures easy labeling on plastic recipient. Such kind of labeling is mostly used for drinks recipients.

9 PRODUCT PORTOFOLIO WRAP-AROUND AND ROLL-FED LABELS Printing substrate may be: white, mat, transparent or metalized plastic (OPP, PE, PET, PVC, cellulose acetate, cellophane), paper or metalized paper. CUT&STACK LABELS Cut&stack labels are perfectly suitable for cold or hot-melt printed applications on PET or glass bottles. The substrate s antistatic coating ensures easy labeling on plastic recipient. Such kind of labeling is mostly used for drinks recipients. Printing substrate may be: white, mat, transparent or metalized plastic (OPP, PE, PET, PVC, cellulose acetate, cellophane), water and alkali resistant paper or metalized paper. Production of labels may also include die-cutting, embossing or peel-off effects.

10 PRODUCT PORTOFOLIO SELF-ADHESIVE LABELS Various shapes and sizes; Customized or not; Shipped as roll-fed or sheeted; Printing substrate: paper or plastic; Different applicability: food industry (meat, fish, dairy, bakery, pastry, snacks, frozen, seeds, sweets), pharmaceutics (sterile bandages, wet wipes), cosmetics, oils, household and cleaning products. ROLL-FED AND SLIT SHRINKABLE LABELS ( SLEEVE TYPE) Roll-fed and slit shrinkable labels provide a method of decorating shaped containers, such as aluminum and steel cans, aerosols, beaded metal cans, curved glass and plastic bottles. We also produce shrink multipack flexibles. Printing substrate may be: PVC, PET, OPS, PE, PP, PLA (biodegradable material).

11 PRODUCT PORTOFOLIO IN-MOULD LABELS In-mould labeling is a highly advanced technology for decorating injection-moulded containers (cups and tubes) as well as blow-moulded containers (bottles and cans). SPECIALTIES Linerless self-adhesive labels - adhesive is pre-applied on the printing substrate before labeling, during printing run; then the adhesive is reactivated on customer labeling machine by simply applying water; Special effects on labels for promotion purposes removable labels, scratch-off labels, labels printed with phosphorescent, thermosensitive and coin reactive inks, labels with transparence effect ( see-through window or no label look), labels printed front/back in register; Combined printing rotogravure and digital in register; Laminated labels; Folded labels; Labels with various perforation profiles; Labels with alphanumerical codes printing; Labels with selective or full mat printing; Embossed labels; Die-cut labels; Switching from paper labels to plastic labels advantages: reduction of raw material costs with 15-20%, excellent resistance of plastic material to alkali and water, easy application of labels on recipients, simple recycling and easy removal from washing bath.

14 SUSTAINABILITY Considering the need for sustainable development and the fact that nothing is wasted but everything can be recycled and reintroduced under different shapes, one of our main concerns is the effective management of packaging and packaging waste. Our goals are: minimizing the packaging waste and achieving the minimum objectives of waste recovery foreseen by law. We promote: - continuous compliance of all applicable laws and regulations; - design and development of packaging products that contribute to achieve prevention at source, with no sacrifice of strength or performance; - use of recycled materials where appropriate; - reduction of waste generated during our manufacturing processes; - adequate use of every available resource.
