2 Thermogenic Division PRICING INFORMATION Minimum Invoice: $ per order plus delivery costs on all catalog items Returns: All returned merchandise is subject to the following Conditions & Terms: 1. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge 2. All returns must have a return authorization number issue from the factory prior to return shipment. 3. All requests for returns must be formally submitted to the factory within 90 days of shipment. 4. Returns must be in original packaging. 5. Prior to issuing credit on returns the merchandise is subject to inspection at our plant. Any re-working charges due to damage or repacking will be applied against the credit. 6. All returns must be in resalable condition in order to receive a credit on the merchandise. Terms: Terms on all invoices are 1% 10th Prox/Net EOM (end of month) Freight: All shipments are FOB our dock or point of shipment, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Freight Claim Policy: Claims for lost, missing or damaged product must be filed with the delivering carrier by the customer. Please sign all delivery receipts noting any exceptions or damages. Concealed damage claims should be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All damaged product should be set adise for carrier inspection. As always, Haydon will help in any way with your claim, but notification and filing are your responsiblity. Packaging: All pricing is based on standard packaging. Any deviation from the standard is subject to price upon application

10 Warranty HAYDON CORPORATION warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment its Thermogenic Products are free of defects in materials and workmanship, provided they are installed and used under normal conditions and service. This warranty shall be solely limited to the replacement or repair at the option of HAYDON CORPORATION of any part or parts which may be returned Freight Prepaid and examined by its engineers and have proven to be defective. HAYDON CORPORATION shall under no circumstances accept any consequential damage or reinstallation labor costs. HAYDON CORPORATION reserves the right to make changes from time to time in its design or materials without obligation of making such changes in previously manufactured items. This warranty shall take precedence over any other warranty express or implied and no further warranty may be made unless duly signed by an office of HAYDON CORPORATION
