We also offer custom debossing which gives you the freedom to create your design from scratch. Use your favorite script font, create some design embellishments, or have a custom logo debossed on your album. 21 FAQ FAQ SAMPLE DISCOUNTS Sample flushmount albums are 25% off. Select the button on the album order form that says This is a sample album. Please know that all samples have SAMPLE ALBUM debossed on the back cover. For this reason, we do not allow samples to also have studio debossing. We do not offer sample discounts on our other products. TURNAROUND TIME We guarantee our products will ship within 4 weeks. Often, orders will ship earlier. PRINT & BIND We do all of our printing and binding in-house, therefore we cannot bind prints from other labs. We do however guarantee you will love the quality of our archival prints. MINI ALBUM SIZES Minis are roughly 6 6. If your album is square, it will be 6 6. If the album is rectangle, the Mini will vary based on width/height ratios. MINI ALBUM COVER & DESIGN Minis are scaled-down replicas of your flushmount album. They will have the same layout and cover as the larger album. Cameos and debossing are not available on Minis. ORDERING MINIS AFTER ALBUMS During album production, we are able to use scraps from your flushmount album to make Minis from the same order. If you would like to order Minis of an album that was previously ordered, there will be a small up-charge to cover materials. CREASED SPREADS All of our albums are creased to preserve the beauty of full spread designs. We print on Fuji Crystal Archive paper so if you re worried about pink/blue lines, Fuji is the best paper for preventing this. With that said, absolutely any kind of paper that is creased will show some wear, even splitspread books will wear over time. If you are overly particular about the crease, we recommend not designing over the crease or only use lighter colors in the crease. REDTREE GUARANTEE Our products are guaranteed for life. We make everything by hand; and although sometimes we do make mistakes, we stand behind our products. If there is ever an issue with workmanship, don t hesitate to contact us. PAGE THICKNESS & NUMBER OF SPREADS (FOR ALBUMS) We allow a max of 40 spreads in our flushmount albums. Our standard page thickness is a little over 1mm. However, for more than 30 spreads, we use a slightly thinner substrate between the spreads. We do this to make room for extra spreads without compromising the quality of the album. DROP SHIP TO CLIENT To drop ship an order directly to your client, simply change the shipping address in checkout. We package every product as if a client was opening them beautiful presentation without invoices or receipts. RUSH SERVICE For an additional fee of 0 per album, we will have your flushmount albums out the door in 7 business days. We do not offer RUSH services on our other products. SCRIPT FONTS / FOIL / CUSTOM DEBOSSING We cannot supply script fonts. Photographers can create script designs with their own fonts and send the design to us for custom debossing. Foil Debossing is available exclusively with our Luxe Linen covers. STUDIO DIE You have the option to purchase a studio debossing die for a one time fee, which allows you to include your logo on the back of every album and hardcover book.
