2 File Submission Guidelines How to submit your logo Logo resolution must be at least 300ppi/dpi. Please use CMYK numbers or 4-color process Pantone (PMS-numbers). If RBG or other Pantone numbers are used we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color output. How to submit your custom artwork Here are some basic guidelines to follow. For more details, visit and download our Artwork Guidelines. Ensure artwork has at least a 1/8 bleed (white space) around the edges. Planting instructions will be included on all products. If you would like these removed, please indicate this when submitting artwork. Artwork should be submitted without cropmarks. File resolution should be at least 300ppi/dpi or higher. Acceptable file types for logos and artwork include: Illustrator, EPS, InDesign and PhotoShop. Customization charges For custom covers or artwork, please add a $35. For calendars where you would like to customize all of the pages, please add a $95/hour charge for artwork layout. In this case, the $35-setup fee will be waived.
