Print the letters you need to spell what you like (i.e. Congratulations, Best wishes, Party time) or print Happy birthday banner as is. 2. Cut along outer edge of flip flop graphic or square 3. Punch holes in the top for the banner on each side. 4. Use ribbon or string to thread through holes and hang with a thumbtack or strong tape! Invitation and Thank you cards 1. Beach Beach Cut around the outside of the circles with plain or patterned scissors and attach toothpicks or lollypop sticks to the back before putting into frosting of cupcakes or other food.
