5 Biographical/Historical note Floyd J. Taylor, Sr., of El Dorado, Arkansas, was interested in the historical significance of President William Jefferson Clinton. For research purposes, he collected newspaper articles, pictures, cartoons, and magazines to compile scrapbooks during Scope and Contents The scrapbooks in this collection contain more than 4,000 articles, pictures, and cartoons collected by Floyd J. Taylor, Sr., of El Dorado, Arkansas, from various newspapers and magazines over a ten-year period. The materials focus on the life and presidency of President William Jefferson Clinton.
