5 Power is demonstrated in all types of social settings, in businesses, it shows how people rank over one another based on what they are able to do. Consumers are the people who buy goods or services from businesses. They do not steal the products, but pay for them with money. The amount they pay is based on the quality of the goods that they purchased. If something is for sale, then consumers have the power to buy it. Consumers have the power in stores and restaurants because they are able to buy what they want when they want it.
