Under new ownership, the center will undertake a dramatic repositioning with a new, architecturally appealing façade, drive thru and standalone pad opportunities, and availability for junior anchor uses. Strategically located at the major intersection of E Vista Way and Bobier Drive, the project boasts heavy drive-by visibility and daily traffic counts. Bobier Drive is a feeder arterial to Oceanside to the west of the project, and E Vista Way is the main commercial corridor that leads to the 78 FWY. Within close proximity to the site are synergistic traffic generators such as Albertsons, Rite Aid, orthgate Market, 99 Cent Only, and others. VISTA is a bustling city in orth San Diego County. Comprised of land surrounding the 78 Freeway and bordered by Oceanside, San Marcos, and Carlsbad, Vista has been the beneficiary of consistent residential and commercial growth in these areas.
