1 RULES OF SAFFRON FOLLWER COLLECTING ROBOT The Sphinx Flower Collection Competition of the International First Robot Contest consists of a platform and a track. 1. Platform It represents the whole area where the Contest Category is played. 2. Parkur Basically it consists of 9 x 9 squares with white strip on black background and two additional sections. The track consists of special symbols belonging to the province of Karabük. Each competitor will perform the task given to the time. Before starting the competition, the robot will be placed at the starting point of the course and the competitor will be present with the robot during the competition. The track consists of a total of 87 shafts as shown in figure - 1. The floor will consist of a matte material and will be white in color so that the strips reflect the light. The edge length of each karen shall be 10 cm and the width of the strips forming the squares shall be 1.6 cm. The starting position of competitor robots will be labeled S in Figure 1. Places labeled with T1, T2 and T3 are marked for duty. The park placement for the objects will be in the coordinates given in Table 1 for all competitors. Saffron Flower: The name of Safranbolu is come from a flower called Saffron. The best quality saffron flower grows in Safranbolu. The most expensive spice in the world is Safran. e part of the saffron plant that is used as a product is only a fiber in the middle, and it is a plant that requires much labor to grow and maintain.so it is worth as much as gold. To get 1 kilogram of dried saffron, on average 150 thousand saffron flowers are needed.a saffron that has the ability to dye up to a hundred thousand times the weight of its own weight; medicine, food, cosmetic industry.

2 Figure - 1: Platform measurements 3. Task The contestant will carry saffron flowers on coordinates (B, 5), (J, 1) and (J, 7) on the robot track with points marked T1, T2 and T3 on the track. Only one object will be moved to the destination each time the move operation is performed.

COMPETITION GENERAL RULES a) Each Robot will be used only for one competitor. b) No substances used in the robots should be of such quality as to damage the spectators, the competitors and the competition floor. Water, oil, flammable, flammable liquids and gases and hazardous chemicals should not be used. If any such event occurs at any stage of the competition, the competitor will be disqualified. c) There will be a maximum of two students from the competition team in the competition area. d) The total weight of the robots can not exceed 1 kg. (Including equipment and equipment such as power supply) e) The robots will be autonomous. f) The operation of the robots is by no means external, wireless or infrared. the signal will not be interfered with. g) The power supply to be used in the robots will not exceed DC24V. h) The contestant must take his place in the competition area within 3 minutes of the call. If the competitor wishes to take extra time from the breakdown in the robot before starting the race, a maximum of 10 minutes will be given to this competitor for one time only and the competition will continue with the next competitor team. i) If the contestant robot is removed from the track, the robot will be put back to the spot from the track. During this process the stopwatch will not be stopped and will receive penalty points for the reason of the intervention. j) Once the chronometers have started to work, they will not stop at all until the end of the race. k) While the robot is racing on the course, robot certainly will not intervene. l) The robot will be able to perform its tasks without regard to its task. m) The robot's timer, which finishes its tasks, will be stopped and complete the race. n) Contest time: 10 minutes total for the platform. o) If the robot himself or the box he carries or drifts strikes the objects outside the saffron flower, the penalty point will be written as the number of impacts. p) The grades will be made on the basis of the Competition Rating. the highest scoring competitor, robot, will be awarded. q) If deemed necessary, the committee organizing this contest may change in rules.

10 5. COMPETITION POSITIONING SCHEMES Completion of tasks on the platform is 270 points. ACQUISITION POINTS The robot is required to take each Saffron flower from its place or drag it by +30 points Robot carrying Saffron flower to T1 point +60 points Robot carrying Saffron flower to T2 point +60 points Robot carrying Saffron flower to T3 point +60 points After the completion of the completed task, the remaining staff will score +10 points PENALTY POINTS Each point to the obstacle in the track where the robot or the carrying / dragging box is -10 points Robot manual intervention -30 points Supervisor can not be completed within 10 minutes (more per minute) -10 points DISCIPLINE REASONS Robots in the course during the competition, wireless, infrared, etc. detection of interference with the signal, The team conducts any action that is not in accordance with the fair play spirit at the time of the competition, at the competition, or after the contest of the school students or staff to whom the team is affiliated. The team does not comply with instructions and / or reminders given by the referees. Robots damage the competition platform. (Water, oil, flammable, flammable liquids and gases and hazardous chemical substances during the competition, etc.) 6.PRINCIPLES OF COMPETITION RATING Each competitor will be entitled to compete three times on the track and will be the ranking point of the best competitor. First place will be given the highest scoring competitor robot. In the case of equality due to scoring for the degree, the weight will be given as a slight weight of robots.
